Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If you r not happy with your teeth shade later, you can get bleaching done by dentist which'll lighten your teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively you can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth.

Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-- to remove sun tan Orange and Curd Face Pack: Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally.

Seeing your complaints I assume that you find difficulty falling asleep during night and so you sleep during day. You seem to have a sleep disorder where in your circadian rhythm is disturbed. If you wish to reset it and start sleeping normally at night, you can to gradually reschedule your sleep patterns and habits and also take some medicines. 1) avoid sleeping during the day 2) have a light dinner at night with fruits 3) avoid watching tv, playing games on mobiles at night to get to sleep, instead read a boring newspaper 4) do not exercise in evening, shift your exercise in morning hours get back to me for medicines.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Hi lybrate-user, Don't worry you need psychotherapy for your problem. First of all I need you to practice Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing. Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing. Do it daily for 15 minutes whenever you can.

Hello- this is due to adverse effect of the climate (summers and rainy season) on the body. >due to super hot rays of sun in this weather body fluids and secretions tends to get exhausted/utilized by the body very quickly. This is the reason why use of energy drinks/sweet drinks or sharbat is advised during this period. Prolonged dryness is always associated with internal burning (eg. Acidity, uti etc) >try these ayurvedic medicines to get rid of these problems- 1) shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily. 2) usheer sharbat thrice daily. 3) avoid dry, spicy, fast foods and increase sweets and dairy products in your meals along with the treatment.

Take 10 almond one glass of milk eat and drink one hour before sex or 4 bananas milk or 8 dates mik and one tea spoon ginger paist, one tea spoon honey mixed and eat or one glass of watter millien juice.

I am 23 year old female, I have been gaining weight at a very fast pace, I have gained almost 20 kgs in past 4 months, I got a thyroid test also. I do not have thyroid, I do not know what possible reason there is, in addition to it I have joint pain and as the day progresses I have shortness of breath, I am feeling tired all the time, I am less energetic as compared to before, recently I have seen swelling in my feet at the end of day. Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

High bp for 25 years needs investigation of blood urea, creatinine, thyroid, sugar, cholesterol, ecg & xray chest. Regular intake of medicine is essential. You are over weight --reduce body wt by exercise & dieting. Your bp will be controlled, if you are smoker stop it.

Now seasons of viral infections. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. You can take tab. Combiflaim sos , tab. Lcz-10 mg once a day. Cap. Zevit once a day. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. 1. Dont eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened beverages 2. Eating more protein may be the best long-term strategy to reduce fat 3. Cut carbs from your diet 4. Eat foods rich in fiber especially viscous fiber 5. Aerobic exercise is very effective at reducing fat 6. Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating.

Congratulations for embarking on the healthy way and loosing 10 kgs. You should start specific exercises for the knee which focus on strengthening your quadriceps and hamstrings. Avoid stair climbing /squatting and sitting cross legged. Do swimming and cycling instead. You may need Cartilage supplements based on further evaluation. Regards.
