Hi you need to get evaluated for both your knee pain and backpain. Simple analgesics like paracetamol should give you some relief till then.

I came over from an accident just last year on January 2015. And my left fumer bone was broken, nw there is a rod inside the bone to protect it and although there is some crack on my knee plate, and now it pain sometimes whenever I kept it in same position for a while, so kindly suggest me how I can make my bone and muscle strong again.

Avoid long sitting and do gradually strength exercise like quadriceps cycling walk treadmill but slightly.

Take rest. Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem, without causing adverse effects. To start with, take homoeopathic medicine arnica 200 daily in the morning and in the evening and give feedback after 4 days.

Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Dear lybrate-user no doubt first you have to go for mri cervical spine. With proven possibilities there may be evidence of pivd at c5/6/7 levels. Be cause shoulder affection is first in such injury. So go ahead.

If your bone tb is healed and knee movements are full, the pain could be because of low vitamin d levels or elevated uric acid levels, get these blood tests done fasting and revert back with reports.

I am 56 years old with average body structure. When I am sleeping. At mid night my right leg became automatically trembling and I wake up from sleep. I took tablet nexito (10 mg. But its continuing. Please help me out.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 valium 5 1tab at bed time.(stop nexito) do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
