Whole day I feel tired and restless. I eat healthy do exercise but still no change.

Vinay Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

The best course is: eat a part of your food in raw form, like salad and sprouts. 2) avoid junk, fried and spicy foods. 3) eat some seasonal fruits every day. 4) stick to just 3 meals and do not put any thing in your mouth in between except water. 5) keep a check on your body weight. Maintain a bmi of about 25. If your job does not consists of running about you should be very careful about your total food intake. 6) drink lots of water. Your total liquid intake should be around 3 liters. It will include milk and fruit juice but not tea, coffee etc. 7) some home made curd is a good idea.

Dear lybrateuser, -Yes it is ok to eat quaker oats mixed with hot milk without cooking as they are already cleaned & processed before packaging -cooking it for sometime will make it easier to digest .

I am a long distance runner. Run approx 10 km on an average 5 times a week. But I am experiencing tremendous pain in the ITBS since a last few months. Every time I run a half marathon I get swelling in the ITBS and I have been taking enough rest but the pain aggravates again if I commence running. I can't afford to stop running and need a permanent resolution. Please help!

Denial is not a place you want to spend – or waste – your time. Trying to ‘run through it’ will not work. Taking a few days off running to rest it generally doesn’t work either. Unfortunately ITB pain has the potential to be a long term problem if you don’t get on the front foot and take action at the first sign of a problem. Of course, it should go without saying that taking these actions on a weekly basis even BEFORE the first sign of a problem is the best plan of attack!

Their may be early degenerative changes in your knees that may showing these symptoms, you should go for a X-Ray of your knees and for the time being start doing Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Hello Lybrate user do regular morning walk at least half an hour a day yoga or meditation. Drink lots of water at least four and a half litre a day. Avoid stress and anxiety. Take proper sleep about 6 to 8 hours. Avoid alcohol and cigarette smoking. Avoid oily spicy and junk food. Take balance diet. Take lots of fruit and juices. Include fibrous root in your diet like reddish carrot cucumber spinach etc. God bless you.

Do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk and milk and milk products, egg, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. Go with protein supplements called nutrilite protein powder which helps to increase your muscle strength. No drink before meals. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid overeating. Stop eating junk and processed food.

There is no spcl diet for height but you increase you weight healthy diet your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

hello , take high protein and high calorie diet. have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products .take sprouts , paneer, soy milk , cold coffee , milk shake, egg, juice with glucose , corn salad, fruit salad, dark chocolate , chocolate milk, milk coffee. do stretching exercise alternate days. don't skip your breakfast and meals.

you have to take protein rich diet like milk and milk product,plenty of green leafy vegetables, sybean, fruits, dry fruits like walnut,almond, egg white, fish,chicken etc. but don't take in excess, otherwise you will gain weight

Hello lybrate-user, you can take your fruits between breakfast and lunch i.e. Mid morning (around 11ish) or in the evenings. It is better to avoid eating fruits along with your regular meals. Also never replace your meals with fruits. Even if you are a diabetic, you can consume any fruits but the quantity matters. You should know to adjust your portion size accordingly. Wash fruits thoroughly before consuming. Hope this helps.

It could be due to Gastritis/hyper acidity 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 8. Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them.
