If I run for few seconds like 10or 20 sec I feel tired because I have not much more stamina. So please give me some tips to gain my stamina.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

Its ok to be underweight but until you are healthy, thin people are healthy but when thin people become weak its alarming and one has to take cure. I can suggest you some natural remedy to gain weight. 1.Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink at least 1 liter lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). 2.Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) The best remedy is sitting in" Prithivi Mudra" (see image) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight) 3.Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6: 00AM in your city then the best time for breakfast is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM). 4.After your breakfast don’t drink water for at least 90 minutes. The only liquid which is allowed during or after breakfast is fresh fruit juice and not the packed one with preservatives! 5.Have your lunch minimum 4 hour or maximum 6 hours after your breakfast. In between you can have nuts or fresh fruits as snacks. Again you are not allowed to drink water till 90 minutes of your lunch besides you can have buttermilk (not lassi but chach and matha) after your lunch.

Hello- this due to increase in melanin due to improper schedule and yes definitely due to your professional field. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) use kumkumadi tailam faor massage around your eyes. B) daily massage your face with coconut oil mix with alovera zel at bed time. C) use mahamanjisthadi kwath 2 tsp twice daily with water. D) increase cows ghee in your diet as this is the one thing which regress and reverses melanin growth.

Hi You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular chest exercises or machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and don't take any medication.

Ra and oa are having different pathological sitations. And both are not allowed to much excercises because it can aggravate the situations further. Hence mild exercises are allowed.

Hello, - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. You can also increase your protein intake by drinking protein shakes, or adding a protein supplement to juices and smoothies. -Cook using oil or butter. Too much can be unhealthy. When possible, gravitate to healthier fats like olive, canola or safflower oil and avoid using unhealthy ones like lard or margarine. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Eat more snacks. Grab a handful of nuts while you're watching TV, eat a banana on your way to work, or spread some hummus on wholegrain crackers while you're waiting for dinner. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hello mam. You need to increase your caloric intakes by about 500 to 1000 calories per day. Extra 500 calories/day will help you gain up to one pound in one week. Tips to increase calorie in diet and gain weight: 1) eat three main meal (breakfast, lunch dinner). In addition eat two to three snacks a day in between meals. 2). Snacks should be of high calorie such as milk shakes, yogurt, high carbohydrate food- banana. 3). Eat more complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads, pasta and brown rice etc. 4) never skip your breakfast and include 1 egg and fruit juice to your breakfast. 5). Eat bigger than normal portions for your regular meals. 6). Choose high-quality protein sources such as eggs, meat, fish, milk, seeds, protein supplements etc. Your body needs 0.8gm/body-weight (kg)/day of protein to build new muscle. 7). Eat starchy vegetables (potatoes, peas, cauliflower, pumpkin, sweet potatoes). 8). Consume nuts, fruits like banana, dried fruits like dates as snack between meals. 9). Eat healthy fats in moderation such as olive and canola oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter to your diet. 10). Do not drink water before meals. 11) if it is possible, drink shakes, milk, juice, etc. Instead of tea, coffee and diet sodas. Good luck.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Is exercising (heavy weight exercise) regularly beneficial? I don't prefer any extra protein rich supplements for my body growth. It goes well for 20-25 days, but after that I start getting tired very soon and end up quitting my exercise. I am a vegetarian.

Lifting weight, doing some aerobics and core workout is part of a balance exercise program. Weight lifting is very good for long term muscle health and weight management, if done rightly. I do not believe in protein supplements. Rather eating protein rich vegetarian food (all kind of beans) on daily basis will be very helpful and repairing and building muscles after weight lifting. Paneer is also very good source for vegetarians.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

U should eat in breakfast time you can eat some fruits or a hand full of dry fruits or curd or milk.
