I am 50 yr old male. I sliped on road a 5yrs ago and had some bad injuries to my legs. Now I am quite fine but sometimes my ankle pains and swells even my nerves at that point ache, making me unable to walk. I consulted relevant doctors and showed my scaning reports, they aren't able to find any problem, but my ankle aches not frequently but for about in 3months interval. Can I get any suggetion regarding my problem?

Show me your x rays.(digital x-rays can be posted on computer-ask your doctor) continue with physiotherapy do hot fomentation. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. From your symptoms it seems like you are developing osteo arthritis (oa) of knee. Try some home remedies for your pain relief: -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport -use hot or cold packs. By increasing blood flow, hot compresses can ease pain and stiffness. Cold compresses reduce swelling. You may want to experiment with heat versus cold packs to see what works best for you. -stay active, physical activity is one of the best ways to improve your quality of life. Exercise boosts your energy. It can also strengthen your muscles and bones, and help keep your joints flexible. Try resistance training to build stronger muscles. - quads strengthening exercises are helpful oa knee. You need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out the diagnosis and for pain management. Best wishes.

With the pain don't do any exercises unless been clinically assessed and advised by neuro physiotherapist or orthopaedician or neuro physician for pain apply hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each time if still pain persists do consult neuro physiotherapist or orthopaedician or neuro physician asap regards

Ankle Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Ankle Stretching. Ankle Strengthening Exercises. Avoid Squatting. Quadriceps Exercises. Core Strenthening Exercises. Stretch Calves Get a custom made insole. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping. Hot Fomentation.

Hi, if you have pain for more than 2 months, it's not a symptom any more but chronic pain disease. Important is to put diagnosis about pain generator (source of pain, if it from spine (disc, facet joints, nerve) then get the help of specialist such as interventional pain specialist or orthopedician in your city, but if it is due to muscular spasm still i'd advise to take from specialist for some medicine prescription and physiotherapy if that deemed necessary.

From the last 10 days I am having a pain in the joint between the thigh and upper body in my left leg .can't understand the nature of the pain ,whether it's a cramp or something else but when I exercise sometime the pain goes away. It is causing problem in any kind of movement during the pain. During the exercise there is sometimes bone noise from the knees. I cannot determine whom to consult.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. First day of my last menstrual period was 25th Jan. My cycle is of 30 days. I had intercourse during my fertile period. U can do quadriceps exercise in home in rainy seasons. Sit on higher place like table ya bench equal balance on pelvic sit straight put a weight cuff of 1 kg and do straight leg according your comfortable ness.

There should be no focus of infection any where in body before any joint replacement surgery is under taken. It will be better if the surgery is postponed till the teth problem is settled.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

stop doing frequent, masturbation in a week is ok, in majority of cases , it is totally treatable, you need counseling , need change in life style, leave smoking, avoid alcohol, keep your bp and sugar level under control, reduce your wt, go for morning walk for 1 hr, do exercise regularly,you will be alright, it will help. hot water fomentation and apply volini locally, can take tab dolo sos. it will help. My friend is suffering from lumbar spondylosis for the last 3 months. She consulted a doctor, but no positive response from the medications he referred. Hello, for this prob you should go with medication and physiotherapy both in initial stage if you are feeling too much pain than pain relief medication will help you while the exercises will make your muscle strong so that there will not be any pain and problem. The time of recovery depends how much is the problem showing in MRI and patient is avoiding the things what he should in this condition but max range goes for 20-25 day but again it doesn't goes with every patient.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.
