For proper sleep win your stress by involving youself in some relaxing things read inspiring books /exercise/ games / spend time with friends/ practice meditation. Sleeping pills can never be a solution. specially in your age. If you don't know proper way of meditation. ... sit straight. . take deep breath. ...chant some mantra ... specially while going to bed. IN THIS AGE YOU NEED RELAXING THING IN BETWEEN STUDIES NOT THE PILL.

I also need to see your latest knee x rays so that I know what grade of arthritis are we dealing with on your case? it seems from your question that you have significant degeneration in both your knees and lower back region since a long time. Hi doctor, I am 25 year old, genetically my face and body skin is fair and clean, when I was in 12th standard I was thin, so I took sustanon 250 steroid which was suggest by doctor, during steroid cycle days my skin became pink and radish, but after few year I experienced my face start becoming dark. Now my face is dark and my body is quit white .what should do ,is it because of steroid which I took or something else, how can I get my face skin color back.

Dear user. Most commonly, people get or transmit HIV through sexual behaviors and needle or syringe use. Only certain body fluids—blood, semen (cum), pre-seminal fluid (pre-cum), rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk—from a person who has HIV can transmit HIV. There are no home tests to diagnose HIV. Take care.

Lybrate-user, avoiding animal milk is of great help. But specific food avoidance is based on allergen test. Random stopping all foods or fruits is foolish post icecream cough/cold water cough is preventable by gargles immediately after eating.

you could either having error of refraction of vision of eyes get your eye sight checked up. by eye specialist. or most likely you are having acute frontal and maxillary sinusitis may be associated with nasal septum deviation and nasal polyp. do regular warm saline gargle twice a day. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. have lot of water by mouth. it will be alright.

Kindly meet an Orthopaedician to find out the cause of the pain and there by meet a Physiotherapist and take course of Physiotherapy & exercises along with the medicines prescribed by the Orthopaedician which would solve your problem. I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist
