Prevention - Acting in the right direction

Greetings to all of you. this is  for all of us to act in the right direction, the direction of Prevention. However the action requires to think in the direction. Most of the people when ill, approach a health facility, take medicines and get over an illness to fall ill again in the near future. This is what we should do. Whenever we go through illness, we must ask the ways to decrease our risk of suffering from it in future. For e;g after suffering from malaria, we have to analyse where the things went wrong. & where could it be prevented. were there any breeding sites in the nearby vicinty of our place. Over a period of time we develop the aptitude of this and help us to be more holistic in health.

Hi doctor I am 24 year old but im very excited for sex and I have watching porn movies daily and masturbated weekly 3...
What ever you are experiencing is a normal phenemenon. However do not get obsessed with it. Masturbating 3 times a week is absolutely normal. It releases your sexual energy. Sexual intercourse is a very personal in nature. Do share your ideas with your partner and consent should be both ways. Never force yourself on your partner. It is an act to be enjoyed by both.
