Hair fall and dandruff I used so many things. Natural things also its not cure. There is no solution. Any can suggest for hair fall stop.

If your hair is thin, damaged, dry or brittle or you are suffering from dandruff, some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair type mostly depends on your genetics, stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair healthy and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar,  once in a while. Limit frequent brushing of hair, use of chemicals or hair dryer as they tend to damage even the finest hair.

To get healthy body with sharp brain you must take better nutrition.To build healthy body eat balanced diet.Eat small amount of food frequently.Use lots of fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Take fish,egg,lean meat,soybean,soy milk,soy product,cottage cheese,yogurt.Use nuts and seeds.Use healthy fat like olive oil,canola,coconut oil,refined vegetable oil.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Do regular exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,swimming,skipping for better health.Take proper rest.These gonna help you.

I dint get my periods since 20 days. My period date is 17th. N my stomach started bloating. I don't feel comfortable.

If you had intercourse during the above period and if there is a possibility of pregnancy, this is the right time for you, if your last period's last date was 17th May then you can get the pregnancy test done to know the result. If there was no intercourse and if your regular periods are irregular you need not worry. The bloating of the stomach could be due to acidity. So take plenty of water, take regular meals avoid spicy, outside food and junk food. Come back again for further guidance if required. Good luck.

apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning........

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi. I am of 12 years age and my weight is 79 kgs but when I went to my doctor she told that I should not do any diet. She told that when I will grown up I will slim by myself she told that going far frm junk food at this age would not nice for me n she suggest me to do exercises only. Hi, You are overweight because of your thyroid problem. Yours is growing age, I agree. You need to take well balanced and nutritious food. But at the same time, it should be a low calorie diet. Consult a good dietician for the same. You have to work out well at the same time by joining yoga classes or gym. Avoid sweets, oil fried food, chats and bakery food on a daily basis. Have it occasionally so that you will not put on weight.
