Hello sir. According to your height and weight your BMI is 18.2 means under weight. So, you increase your weight approximately 10 to 12 kg. SOME TIPS FOR WEIGHT GAIN. 1) Eat more protein. 2) Take green leafy vegetables. 3) Drink water a half hour before meals. 4) Drink lots of water. 5) Take green tea and coffee. 6) Do some exercise. 7) Take fiber rich foods. 8) Eat lots of carb and fat rich foods.

Weakness may be due to low thyroid hormone levels or due to low iron levels. Ideal sleep time is six to seven hours a day. The following tips help one to avoid sleep disturbance: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process. P. S: it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance.

I feel laziness whole day. Often I yawn and I dont feel fresh so what should I do?

Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. 1.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 2.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning. 3. Do fasting once a week.

Hello Doctor, I am female 30 and have 39-40 kg weight. I have been skinny since childhood. I don't fall sick often like fever or mc issues. My bp is constant low & have sometimes white discharge. My body temperature is all time high 98F. My breast is not fully grown. And, I sweat a lot. I have severe hairfall have gone through thyroid test - T3 = 133 T4 = 7.6 TSH = 4.09. Is it normal range? Is it possible that I can gain muscles in a safe way? My hands & upper body part is too skinny. Need quick result as I need to get married. Kindly, suggest me diet routine & medicine for quick weight gain at least 10 kg in 5-6 month.

hello dear. take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products.take fresh curd daily atleast 2 times in a day . take sprouts, flax seeds , egg , paneer, tofu, soy milk, whole pulses , any sweet item after dinner u will take . do stretching and bench press exercise daily. don't skip your breakfast and meals . take shake , juice with glucose .

1.Check your Hemoglobin, Bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety,severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of Revital daily after breakfast 7.. consult doctor for further advice
