Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, increase intake of fruits and vegetables, full cream milk and its products. Avoid fried, oily, maida and its products etc. Drink milk shake in breakfast. Have iron rich food like black channa, anar, spinach, batua leaves, raddish leaves. Proper meals.

Hi, There is no chance to increase the height because physical height growth occurs only below 18 to 19 years age, so there is no chance to increase height if you have seen any advertisements regarding this all are fake. For weight. Daily take dry fruits seasonal fruits eggs protein rich foods ,do exercise daily.

C-slim is also beautiful do not go for any supplements they are normally harmful and contain some steroid parts just do moderate exercise and have a good diet I will advise you no medicines.

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Soak 60 g of wheat in water overnight 2. Add 2 tsp coriander powder in the morning 3. Add 2 tsp cuscus powder 4. Blend this into a paste 5. Take 250 ml of milk in bowl 6. Add the mixture to the milk 7. Boil for 20 min 8. Eat this lukewarm Causes: • Old age • Lifting heavy weights • Back injury • Improper sitting posture • Slipped disk This remedy will be helpful.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
