Hi lybrate-user, yes according to your height you are underweight. To gain weight in natural manner you have to take high calorie high protein diet. Include all the food groups in your daily meal. Milk & milk products, daal/ nonveg, rice- wheat products, green leafy vegetables & fruits & oil & nuts. Richest sources of protein are chicken, fish, egg, paneer, milk, curd & daal. Try to include more protein sources to build your muscles. Take small & frequent meal, do not bing/ overeat. Do regular walk/ exercise.

Ultrasonic Lipolysis

Ultrasonic Lipolysis is an innovative, gentle non surgical procedure to remove the accumulation of fat deposits in specific regions of the body. It is one of the safest methods for removing localised  fat in, and around the waist, inner thigh, abdomen, under the upper arms, knees, and ankles.

This method removes unwanted fatty deposits that can change the shape of our bodies .

How does lipolysis treatment work?

This type of lipolysis  technique uses ultrasound  to reduce fat. A transducer (a device that converts one form of energy to another) is applied directly to the skin of the treatment area and do not employ injections (as in injection lipolysis) or incisions (as in laser assisted liposuction).

A transducer kept on the skin emits high-intensity Ultrasonic waves in a conical manner. Two beams of ultrasound energy warm and treat fatty tissue beneath the skin. It promotes fat cell mobility and encourages the body to metabolize   , drain or reabsorb excess fluids.

These are focused 1.5 cm below the skin causing rupture of the fat cells. The transducer is then advanced further to destroy the new layer of fat cells.

Is ultrasonic lipolysis safe? Any side effects?

Ultrasonic Lipolysis is completely safe and non-surgical, permanent, instant fat reduction method without diet, exercise, injections, medicine, heat, cuts, redness, surgery, and anesthesia. Only fat cells are targeted without affecting other organs and therefore no side effects have been observed for this treatment.

As explained earlier, it is a non-invasive procedure, and hence, patients can return to work quickly after the treatment although hot showers best are avoided for eight hours after the session.

Ultrasonic lipolysis results

It is an entirely non–invasive treatment; one can resume the daily activities immediately without any rest. 80% patients experience an immediate reduction in fat. 18% take 7-10 days to see the effect whereas 2% of the patients need Mesotherapy to destroy brown fat cells.

Then start taking naturamore female powder 1 spoon daily in warm milk in morning and evening for 1 month. This will definitely give you results. Hi, Protein requirement depends on your workout regime. Ideally 1gm /kg of body weight. Check of you taking protein sources through diet meets the requirements if not only then start with powdered supplements. Try including nuts, seeds, beans, sprouts, milk and milk products like curd n paneer. If non vegetarian have lean chicken, fish, eggs. Most make sure fluid intake is enough to match with workout and summer time. To builduscle water and rest are equally important.

I am 6 ft 2 inches tall male, and my body weight is around 96 kgs at the age of 27. Although, I look fit and work out regularly as per BMI my weight should be below 85 kgs. Is it recommended for me to tone down to that level ? If so whether taking GM diet helps?

There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) during business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits (except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) small frequent meals (containing high fibre, low fat, moderate to low carbohydrates, moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals) with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) drink plenty of water. 9) do not skip meals 10) prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) tea consumption should be reduced. Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Have 2 cups of ecovalley green tea daily (without sugar, it helps reduce fat & weight.

Sanjeev check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...
