Hello Mr. lybrate-user, according to new recommendation, skimmed milk is considered good for health in diabetic or heart patients. You may have 300 ml of milk safely in the entire day and it depends on your glucose levels as well and best time to have milk is morning in breakfast.

It may happen sometimes that you suffer from an undiagnosed medical condition in spite of appearing healthy outwardly. However, your body gives you constant warning signs to indicate that something is wrong with your health. Here are some signs which may be early symptoms of some severe health issues and should not be ignored.

1. Sudden weight loss - If you are not suffering from obesity and you have lost excessive weight in the past 6 months you need to consult your doctor. This sudden drop in weight can be caused by underlying conditions like hyperthyroidism, liver disease, cancer or diabetes, interfering with the way your body absorbs nutrients.

2. Persistent high body temperature - Persistent fever can ring an alarm indicating an underlying cause like UTI or tuberculosis. Lymphomas, which are cancerous, may also be responsible for this persistent fever. If your temperature continues to be 103 F or more or if you continue to have fever for more than 3 days you should consult a doctor immediately.

Diabetes is a condition in the body, which is characterized by blood sugar spikes that result in the body being unable to use the glucose in the body.

  4. Combine "neem" leaves, "tulsi" and "belpatras" with a glass of water and drink it on empty stomach to keep diabetes at bay.
  5. Limit sugar consumption by restricting foods such as banana, potato and rice.
  6. Consume bitter vegetables
  7. You should exercise on a regular basis; activities such as running, strength training and yoga will help you manage diabetes better
  8. Consume lots of green vegetables and herbs as they assist in insulin production.

Sir I am 35 year old and diabetic my ppbs blood sugar level is 265. My nasal drainage for fungal culture report shows aspergillus species. My blood sugar level is not going down. I am taking insugen 30/70 38 in the morning and 30 in the night and glyree 2 mg twice daily. I am increasing my insulin level still my blood sugar is not getting control. I have multiple fractures on both my legs, femur, I had vitamin d deficiency, but now its normal, is there any treatment to get replace old weak fractured heal bones with new bones. Dear lybrate-user, I am glad that inspite of your health limitations, you have been able to achieve so very well in education. Replacement of long bones like femur is a big thing to talk of. Do aerobic exercise daily. Do crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid junk and fast food completely.
