I am 19 years old and I am constantly 4-5 kg's underweight though I have taken many medicines and various treatments to increase my weight but no use . I don't have a particular fixed appetite program or type. Sometimes I eat regular proper and sufficient food. But sometimes there is not at all feeling of hunger. Many times it lasts for full day. What should I do?

I suggest you to have 3 -4 spoons of honey after having breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also suggst you to have dryfruits like almonds, cashews. Please do not skip breakfast. Its must to have food at the right time. Wet dates. Whole milk avocado nuts boiled egg rice-which is rich in carbohydrates contains good amount of calories. By following above said diet. You can find considerable change in your weight. Along with these please do yoga. So that there will be improvement in your appetite.

Hello! I am doing workout at GYM and Training each muscle everyday.[ Biceps, Chest, triceps, bench press, super set and legs too ]. 3 sets × 10 reps of all these everyday. Is training all the muscle everyday wrong for muscle growth? And also taking proper diet with accumass weight gainer everyday but not seeing much improvement. Anyway to Grow my muscle faster and biceps (most important)?

You should not be doing weight training for all the muscles everyday, cos after lifting weight, muscle breaks down and then protein helps to re build the muscle and each muscle group needs 48 hours to recover so you can divide your workout accordingly in such a way that there is a gap of 48 hours to workout the same muscle. You should do weight training in order to gain weight only 3 times a week and followed by protein shake after every workout session. Other than this a balanced healthy diet is very important which can be planned as per your body tye to get the maximum benefit. Contact shape and strength in kolkata if interested.

Dear sir, My ALT and AST levels are so high. Doctors said you may have liver problem. For this case which pain relief is really useful for frequent use without liver damage. Because I have routine head pain, muscle pain and joint pains. Please suggest me which is best, but naproxen gives lot of side effects (confusion, breath problem, blurred visible) to me.

To be fit and healthy Do regular exercise at home like skipping,yoga,push ups,sit ups.And balanced diet.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.Eat more fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Use protein like egg,fish,cottage cheese,lean meat,soy milk,soy product,soybean,almond,walnut,,seeds.Use healthy fat in cooking.Drink 3lit water/day.Quality sleep.

Diabetes - How it Impacts Your Eyes?

If you are diabetic then it is important that you consult a ophthalmologist for regular check-ups. Diabetes is known to be one of main causes for blindness across all age groups. If you suffer from bouts of blurred vision then it is not likely due to a long term vision problem. It is temporary and usually occurs due to fluctuating blood sugar levels in the body.

How diabetes affects your eyes?
The lens of your eyes can swell if you are a diabetic, and this can impair your ability to see causing blurry vision. In order to rectify this problem, it is important for you to get your blood sugar levels under optimal levels. This entire procedure of reducing blood sugar levels may take three months or more.

Eye problems that are caused by diabetes
The major eye problems that can occur due to diabetes are

  1. Cataract: Cataract occurs when the lens of your eyes become foggy or cloudy. Although cataract mostly occurs to people who are middle aged or above sixty, you can get affected by this disorder at an earlier age if you are diabetic. Also, the deterioration or clouding of the lens progresses at a much faster rate than usual. Cataracts lead to an inability to focus as the retina is covered by cloudy layer.
  2. Glaucoma: This is another disorder that can occur due to diabetes. This is characterized by the buildup of pressure in the eye due to the fluids within it not draining properly. This intense pressure damages the nerves and blood vessels in the eyes, thus impairing your ability to see.
  3. Diabetic Retinopathy: Diabetic retinopathy is a disorder characterized by damage to the vessels in the retina that carry blood. It can occur if you have either of the type 2 or type 1 diabetes. If not treated in time it can lead to blindness.

If you have a history of diabetes or even borderline diabetic tendencies, it is highly advisable to constantly check your blood sugar levels and also get your eye checked at regular intervals, especially if you feel even the minutest vision problems.

Hello, If there is confirmed diabetes, then one has to take either oral drugs (antidiabetics) or Insulin injection or both depending upon the severity of the condition. Plus strict diet control, exercise and weight maintenance are essential. Unfortunately there are no really effective medicines in Ayurveda or homeopathy even though a lot of false claims are made. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce stomach fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Herbal life products are basically meal replacements. Along with these meal replacement they give you caffeine boosters. So not advisable to take these products. Start following a healthy lifestyle. Eat clean and exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

hello sir you can reduce weight with following: eat healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise routine. drink plenty of water. include fruits, seasonal vegetables and sprouts. take small and frequent meals. avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult.
