I am 21 years old. I am physically very thin and weak even after consulting many docs. And I had vitamins a lot since childhood like cinkara, polybion, a-z, etc. Prescription after prescription but it doesn't change. I did many blood test and many check up. No sigh of disease. My appetite is good now. I usually has bad night but for now it is still good. I need advice on these. Yesterday, after I gave my description one number call me but I didn't pick up cause I prefer text since I am not sure whether it's for free or not.

Hi lybrate-user Know and understand how to gain weight in a healthy manner While some people try their level best to lose weight, others go to all kinds of lengths to gain weight in order to look healthy. Contrary to belief, people who are generally skinny don’t know how to increase weight and often find it difficult to do so. This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Prepare a nutritious diet plan When trying to increase weight, you simply cannot start by consuming fatty foods. Do regular exercise for better health.Eat healthy foods.Eat lots of fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods as far as possible.Take fish,egg,lean meat,cottage cheese,peanut,peas,yogurt.Take nuts,seeds.Use healthy fat.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Use nutritional supplement or whey protein along with workout.Take adequate rest.This way you will feel energetic.

You can use natural source of these vitamins like certain marine fishes, eggs, milk are known to be good source of vitamin D. Vitamin B12 is present only in animal foods.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. I am on diabetes medicine 1. Glyciphage 850 mg mor and eve and 2. eltroxin 50 mg for thyroid. Current nos of diabetes are Fasting - 159 and PP - 251 Also I have certain red color dots which are little itchy sort of (ring worms or jock itch). If you r to reduce your weight, get some hot water n mix the honey. Or else take honey mixed with any fruit of your choice. U can eat it as such but if you eat in any of the combo you can hav variety n also nutrient rich.

The idea is to eat high energy rich foods. You can incorporate nuts and oilseeds in your diet like almonds, walnuts, groundnuts, flaxseeds. Include intake of milkshakes, cheese, raisins and dates. You can incorporate ladoos, panjiri in your diet n daily basis. Also, decrease your physical activity.

Avoid exercise if blood sugar more than 250 mg

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Hi lybrate-user 1]water- think of water as a food group in your diet. Always carry a bottle of water in your bag to keep yourself hydrated as well as active throughout the day. Sometimes we don't realise that we just need a glass of water and instead think that we are hungry, so drinking water frequently will save you from overeating but avoid roadside vendors for juices and unpacked water. 2] breakfast- never miss your breakfast even if you are in a hurry, it should be the heaviest and the healthiest meal of the day as it not only boosts up metabolism but also increase concentration levels and charge your body for the day ahead, moreover it will drag you away from unhealthy eating on the way to your office. 3]avoid eating at late night -responding to official emails and calls may demand your time but that does not make you eligible for snack reward, especially avoid coffee and caffeine-containing colas for peaceful and sound sleep. 4] avoid sugary drinks while socialising, read labels carefully and look for latent names of sugar like maple syrup, corn syrup, cane juice, glucose etc. Also, avoid processed and prepackaged foods to cut back on salty snacks. Sugar and salt are the main culprits for giving us bigger waistlines and, therefore, threat to our hearts, not only this processed food may result in constipation. Some food suggestions for breakfast; egg whites or low-fat cheese multigrain bread or roll fresh fruits tea or coffee with skimmed milk or missi roti curds fruits or idli sambhar fruits some food suggestions for meals salad with fat-free dressing soup veggie broth sandwiches whole grains lean meats like fish n chicken seasonal and regional veggies chappati steamed brown rice dals and pulses - sprouted or cooked avoid desserts or take small portion of it some low-calorie alternative foods chappati is better than parantha steamed rice is better than pulao replace fried veggies with steamed veggies try grilled chicken rather than butter chicken fried eggs can be replaced with boiled eggs lemon dressing is better than salad oil dressings like mayonnaise fruits instead of fruit juices would be a great choice why not try buttermilk instead of squash replace processed cheese with cottage cheese lifestyle modifications avoid alcohol quit smoking go for medical check-ups on regular basis exercise, exercise and exercise, at least, 5 times a week join dance or yoga class keep smiling, sleep early to rise early.

Hi dont worry so avoid stress and take high protein diet and fruit and juice. Do proper exercise. Take same medicine 90days Ashwagandha-powder and Shatavar Churna 3/5 gm twice a day with milk. You will feel physically fit very soon
