Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.

Green tea contains small amounts of caffeine, but it is also loaded with powerful antioxidants called catechins, which are also believed to work synergistically with the caffeine to enhance fat burning although the evidence is mixed, there are many studies showing that green tea (either as a beverage or a green tea extract supplement) can help you lose weight.

1) exercise for greater endurance -all of us who run, cycle, swim or indulge in any similar activities face a challenge where we hit the wall. There comes a time when we feel we cannot go further and are ready to give up. Research has shown that regular exercise helps improve mental endurance and helps get rid of mental blocks.

2) yoga for clarity - yoga requires a lot of focus and patience. There are poses which require great amounts of concentration. Regular practice of yoga brings about improved mental clarity.

3) to stay focused - resistance training involves a lot of concentration and patience. Studies had shown that people who did regular workouts that involved strength training could stay focused better with almost no distractions even in their daily lives.

I have got so many acnes, dark spots and scars in my face by using too many fairness creams panderm, No scars and skin lite are those cream and now I have consulted a local skin doctor and he had advice me to use momate XL cream and now I am using this resulted my scars became fade but do not got out completely so sir please suggest me what I have to do to solve this.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Junk food. Ghee dalda sweets salt intake very high. No exercise. Stress and anger. Beef. Pork. All cause rise in cholesterol and heart attacks.

Hyper pigmentation is darkening of an area of skin due to overproduction of pigment called melanin in skin. Overexposure to sun, hereditary, hormonal changes, certain medications such as antibiotics, hormonal treatment etc. Are some of the causes. Use of sunscreen with at least spf of 30 is must. You can use shadows silk sunscreen lotion spf 30/ suncross sunscreen gel based spf 30. A customized skin regime with the products having ingredients vitamin c, kojic acid as well as peels, laser and radio frequency available at our clinic will help you to reduce the pigmentation and also get an even skin tone.

Dear user, strength of hair is related to health of bones as per ayurved view. it required detailed history you can consult me in private. you can use amla, shikekai, musta, powder to wash your hairs twice a week apply a good ayurvedic hair oil use cow ghee and milk in your diet you can use fresh amla juice to drink avoid spicy, deep fried food aviod backery products avoid travel in sun especilly in october heat season eat fresh fruits wish you a good luck

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

You leave the use in diet aaloo. Rice. Chana milk. Apple 2-- you take ghee n chhachh 3-- 10 mint after meal. Abhayaristh 25 ml + water 25 ml 4---- at the neght just before to sleep. Trifgol powder 25 gm wit luke warm water. Trifgol powder is menufacturd by dabur company.

Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

You can use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, lead a healthy lifestyle! Apply thick layer of Bakson's Suncare sunscreen liberally 20-30minutes before going out even in winter! Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin. Make a paste by mixing equal amounts of turmeric powder and gram flour with a little water or milk. Apply it evenly on your skin and leave it on until it dries. Wash it off with lukewarm water, scrubbing your skin gently in a circular motion. Follow this remedy once a week to lighten your skin tone and remove scars. Extract the gel from an aloe vera leaf. Apply the gel on your face using a cotton ball. Allow it to dry on its own for about half an hour, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy daily or several times per week. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices, and rub them thoroughly all over your face. Leave it on overnight and rinse with warm water in the morning. Do this daily before going to bed. Alternatively, make a mixture with equal amounts of cucumber juice and lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your skin, allow it to dry completely, and then wash it off with warm water. Do this daily.

Blood pressure is the pressure of blood exerted on blood vessels. It should be in the range of 120 and 80. High blood or ssure can cause headache, heart attack etc.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit tablet and cytofresh tablets-- daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet daily--after lunch and dinner.

Hello there! As you said you have long exposure to sun, you must apply a good sunscreen with SPF 25+ every 2 hours when in sun and every 3 hours also when indoors. This will prevent further damage to the skin. To improve your tanned skin you can visit a dermatologist/cosmetologist who will prescribe you some creams if need be. Hope this helps!

I am suffering from pain on upper abdomen from past 2 months. There is probe tenderness over pancreatic region In ultrasound report and suggested for s.Lipase and S.Amylase test. Serum lipase as per report is 238.47 (normal range =13-60 U/L, Serum Amylase is 105.68 (normal range= 28-100 U/L). Pls suggest what to do now. Do I need to admit in hospital?

I am in IT industry. Having cough for last 1month or so. Cough syrups and other cough medicine have been of no use so far. Feel little pain and heaviness in chest. Not able to give complete focus to things, not sure if for same reason though. Had similar circumstances last year from March to September. CBC and immunoglobulin test are normal.

Hi Yours is a case of cough which is usually without expectoration and in general called as as allergic cough. As your cbc and ig tests are normal then there doesn't seems to be an infective origin. Cough syrups helps in reducing the intensity of cough for some time only. I am suggesting a homoeopathic medicine; take one dose of Amm. Carb 200. It will help you; if the problem persists then feel free to contact me for a detailed history so that I can cure you properly. Urticaria has totally unpredictable course, it can subside and aggravate on its own. You can take antihistaminics whenever it happens and also we need to find out which type of urticaria you have for specific treatment. Kindly send me your detailed history with total duration of urticaria, when it comes, how long it stays without medicines, is it related to sweating or any emotional event. Etc.
