If it is like curdy white and with itching fungal infection may be there. Keep personal hygene of pvt parts. Wash with thriphala quath. Avoid spicy and salty items. Consult doctor for medicine.

Take a short walk in between the classes. Also when you are studying, take short breaks after an hour or so. At times take a walk or 5-10 minutes nap! When studying .FEEL the lines with your finger while reading and read it aloud. This will help in retention as other senses are involved too.

Good intake of ghee, rice, and High calorie-contained food will increase the weight in women. Cheese items, boiled items, oil content foods, pizzas, and burgers will play a major role in increasing the weight in greater extent. 1. First thing to do to gain weight is eating the right amount of food each day. Take about 20 times of your body weight in calories every day. It is better to plan your meals daily as you know what and when to eat – and you don’t have to just go have it for the sake of filling your stomach. 2. Keep checking your weight daily. Multiply your body weight into 20 and that is the amount of calorie that you must eat on a daily basis. So if you weigh 120 pounds and multiply it by 20, you’ll have to eat 2, 400 calories everyday to gain weight fast. 3. The intake of calorie is not necessarily be exactly 20 times of your body weight but for optimum results it would be the best measurement to start with. If you can add additional calories if you aren’t finding any gain in your weight. 4. Next, pay attention to the type of food that you eat. You will end up just putting on weight instead of healthy muscles if you keep eating junk foods. In order to get muscle weight, eat healthy food, such as meat, carbohydrate rich food and healthy fat. Have an approximate calculation of this combination in your daily diet – carbohydrate 40%, protein 30%, and fat 30% this would be an ideal combination of healthy diet. 5. If your body needs to receive regular stream of nutrients, you need to change to frequent or smaller number of regular meals (for example 4 to 6 smaller meals) daily instead of big 3 meals as usual. This way it will be easier to build muscles weight.

Hi, I am suffering from stomach pain around navel region from 1 week. As per doctor advise I took tablets for 3 days pentadox, rantac mps, and meftal Mr. Pain is shifting it will not be in one side and if I sit there is a pain more. After taking tablet pain will go for 4 hours later it starts.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Small kids has their own immunity from mothers milk hence one should avoid unnecessary medication so don't worry about it but you may consult a child specialist if necessary. Normal baby care is more than enough particularly if is fed by breast feed.

Low-grade fevers should be left untreated and left to run their normal course unless there are other worrying symptoms that need medical attention. Temperatures above 100.4 F or 38 C require immediate attention especially where children and infants are concerned. If sugar levels are in control start some good nutritional supplement .we have advice call for it.

hello poonam...both things are important for reducing belly fat ..1st its 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its taking healthy nutritive diet.. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm.. maximum intake of water and green tea.. avoid fatty refined processed food...

Your are extremely obese as according to your hight your weight should be in range of 68-75 Manage your calories by reducing in diet n burning in exercise. Strictly avoid caloric, fatty n heavy diet. Start your day with leukwarm water orLemon water. Replace your tea n coffee with green tea, Lemon tea n black tea. Replace your processed sugar with honey, can sugar or mishree. And in safe period Calculator Method, the safe period depends on the life span of sperm and on the life span of the egg. The average time of ovulation is the 14th day of an average length (28 day) menstrual cycle. Ovulation time vary for each individual, and can occur from 12th to 19th day of the cycle. Sperm can live up to 3 to 5 days in a woman's reproductive tract, so it is possible to become pregnant if unprotected sex occurs 5 days before ovulation. The life span of the typical egg is relatively short, only around 24 hours. If fertilization does not occur within that time frame, the egg will die. So eighth to twenty first day of your menstrual cycle, counting from first day, is considered as the fertile period or the UNSAFE period, and days other than this are considered SAFE, that is, the 1st-7th day of the cycle and then again from the 22nd to the 28th day. Opting to have intercourse during the €˜safe period is not a fool-proof though. Using contraception like condoms or oral pills are advised to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Do Panic Attacks Really Come "Out of the Blue"?

Panic attacks can debilitate a person greatly. The panic or anxiety attacks can be extremely powerful and intense, whereby a person starts hallucinating. The level of hallucination can vary depending on the severity of the attack. Such people often hallucinate about something bad or catastrophic striking them.  They lose self-composure. In extreme cases, they cut themselves off from the outside world and recoil into their safe zone (Agoraphobia).

Panic attacks, should, by no means, be confused with depression. These attacks can be essentially divided into three phases; the start phase, it then reaches the pinnacle or the zenith, before sliding down (fades away). The duration of a panic attack can vary from long to very long periods. The whole experience can leave a person depressed, traumatized and drained out (physically and emotionally). A timely medical assistance can prove to be extremely fruitful.

Panic attacks- its causative, signs and symptoms

 A panic attack, can, indeed, come out of the blue (unexpectedly). Extreme emotional turmoil or anxiety can trigger such an attack. An over-excited nervous system might turn out to be the wrecker in chief, throwing life in jeopardy. A person might be unprepared to deal with such a situation. Though extremely difficult, the best thing would be to try and relax. The attack is just an extreme state of mind, an abstract feeling that can never come true. It will pass off soon. Panicking will only pile onto your agony. Identifying the associated symptoms can prove to be effective. 

Some of the important symptoms associated with Panic attacks include:

  • A feeling of breathlessness, suffocation and dizziness.
  • The palms appear to be sweaty.
  • A person may complain of uneasiness or chest pain
  • Increased palpitations are quite common during panic attacks.
  • A person might experience severe chills or heat flushes. 
  • Twitching and trembling of the muscles are often observed during the attacks.
  • An intense fear of death or going insane grips the person completely.
  • Hands, legs, arms begin to tingle.
  • During anxiety attacks, a person loses the reasoning ability.

Few short-term behavioural therapies can be of great help. Meditation, yoga and certain breathing practices can effectively ward off physical and mental fatigue. CBT or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a popular technique used to deal with panic attacks. This technique primarily emphasizes on the present conditions and factors resulting in panic and ways to minimize or completely eliminate the attacks.

There is no medicine that can help in weight loss because once fat gets into your body then that fat has to be burnt through exercise and diet only. There is no medicine /herb/drink that can enter the body and pull the fat molecules out of the body. Homeopathy in general is a good and effective form of medicine, but in this case it will not work. - The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake.
