Sir, You are having too much distractions. Stop Mobile game, pornagraphic viewing, drug usage, smoking, alcoholic drinks, masturbation, eating Junk food. DO Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises. Go for walks. Listen to music Sleep 6 to 8 hours a day. Play out door games. Chat with friends and relatives, Read good books, Relax for 5 to 10 minutes during studies, every hour. Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%

Dryness is not a disease which you can cure by putting lubricating eye drops for few days, while working on smartphone , computer & watching TV for long time without giving importance to the health of eyes. Number of blinking drastically goes down from around 24 per minute to around 8 per minute while working on computer etc causing severe dryness, blurring of vision, headache & increased blinking to compensate dryness .One who works on smartphone etc will have to change &will have to learn how to work on computer for long time without giving any trouble to eyes .One should look away from computer after every 10 minute & should take rest for 10 minutes after every two hours .Every body knows that to become man from monkey took millions of years according to Darwin theory & how you expect that our eyes will adjust to computer in 20 yrs,nature takes its own time, computer development is just 20 yrs history, so you will have to take the help of lubricating eye drops to neutralise the effect of computer etc, you may use Refresh liquigel eye drops 5-6 times daily.

This is a nutrient-laden dry fruit that can be eaten in any season and can also be used as a healthy snack.

  1. Weight Management: One can obtain weight loss by switching deep fried and other snacks with this fruit as the snack of choice. Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer. Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines.

I have eating a lot from few months. Now I want to control my weight. What balanced diet I should follow?
Eating a lot is not harmful if you eat healthy and stay active. To help you lose weight, I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 6 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. 6.2 sets of 15 squats - twice a day. 2 set of 15 push-ups - twice a day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Do exercise regularly. Don't drink water immediately after meals.

Say no to medicine and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Dear you need to do a lot of hard work for at least 6 months. 1. Do jogging 2 km early morning and aerobics in evening. Daily. 2. Skip dinner only take soups and oats at night. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily and prefer luke warm water in evening. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. Morning and evening. 6. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 7. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 8. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 9. Take 500 mg medohar guggulu and 500mg triphala guggulu twice a day with warm water after meals (chew it well before swallowing). 10. Revert me back after 20 days, good luck and take care.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely.

Hello Doctors.I am male 26. I am issues with my face which looks like very dull. When ever go to High temperature are it flow out Sweat too much and face go to black. Skin is too much oily and there are black colour light spots on the left chick and right chick as well. I need a permanent solution or need a glow on face + I need a RONAK on my face. Please Alone medicine won't work permanently Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do facial exercises daily Sleep early and wake up early Take salads and fruits more before Take plenty of water daily Take Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Ashwagandharistha 20 ml Twice a day for 3 months Use herbal face wash regularly Apply skin light cream by Himalaya regularly Reconsult after 15 days.

Dear have some patience it will take time keep on exercising and control ur diet.. to decrease your belly fat try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 6. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul nd 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water 30min after meals. 11. Get ur T3, T4, TSH test done.
