For skin problems, we need to see the case to come to any conclusion. Without visualizing the condition, it is difficult to come to any conclusion regarding skin disease. So if possible, do visit the clinic or book an online appointment for the treatment. Fungal infection usually occurs recurrently, so the type of infection needs to be analysed. It may be either fungal, eczema, psoriasis, lupus or any other disease. For this, you need to take proper homeopathic treatment along with maintaining of hygienic conditions.

I have heat boils in my face. I was used framycetin cream but not change. What I should do.
Framycetin cream is not that useful nowadays. Try using Fusidic acid cream on the boils. Just confirm first if they are not acne and then start applying the cream. If that also doesnot work then you might require antibiotics to control the infection and you will need online consultation.

Stop packed and outside foods. Stay more on fruits, vegetables, legumes nuts & seeds. Reduce intake of sugar, oil, salt, milk products, rice and wheat based food. Have 30 mins of cardio daily. Have 13 hrs gap between dinner and next breakfast.

To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. Include high protein with high fibre diet with less carbohydrate. Avoid to take every kind of packaged, process food and all kind of sugary drink. Try to take your dinner as soon as possible and avoid jogging after dinner, you can go for walk after dinner. You can do exercise in evening time. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. You can have small frequent meals in your diet. Increase your water, fruits, salad intake. Along with this increase fibre in your diets that is going to feeling of fullness and then you will not feel hungry easily. Also include Jasmine tea 2-3 cups regularly. You can include more of clourful fruits and vegetables as they are good source of antioxidant that also prevent ageing. Try to have freshly prepared vegetables juice in your diet. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.
