Doctor as I already mentioned my problem if underweight and you r absolutely right that I love sweets the lot and my diet is good but my weight is not enhanced. I use to eat all the meal that you said. But my weight and is still not improved. Please tell me what should I do. Should I join Jim? Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

What is the daily amount of walnuts and almonds to be taken
is it necessary to soak them overnight before consumption.
Optimum qty is 5-10 pieces each when eaten well chewed. Soaked almonds are more absorption friendly by helping enzyme activity.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp , widal , sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports

Dear Lybrate user, Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. I need to know more about your anxiety so that I will be able to diagnose it properly and provide you tips to overcome and manage your anxiety. Take care.

Take 10 ml anwala juice daily (1) silicesa 12x/20 gm, 4 tablets four hourly (2) thyroidinum 30/11 ml, 4 drops four hourly (3) apply jaborandi q/30 ml, 25 drops with coconut oil to your hairs.

You have to make your mind to form new friends and move around with as many friends as possible. Do not live in the past and do meditaion and yoga . YOu may benefit by talking with a counsellor

धीरे-धीरे शुरु करें, शायद तटस्थ गन्दी-बाते विषयों के साथ। गंदे बातें पहली बार में थोड़ी कठिन हो सकती हैं, अगर आपको इन बातों को स्पष्ट करने की आदत नहीं है। सकारात्मक शब्दों से चिपकने की कोशिश करें, और आमतौर पर इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले अपमानित शब्दों को छोड़ दें।

Also suggest something to loose the weight...
You need to lose body fat which can help with knee pain reduction. Initially you will not be able to exercise but once the pain reduces you must start your exercise. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
