For control high T.G. and high/ bad cholesterol /diabetes eat as whole grain foods, green veg., juice, plenty of water at least 8 glass of water in a day. Avoid high cholesterol foods, oily, fatty, junk, fast foods, foods from out sided, sweat foods. Go for walk daily, do yoga, cycling, any good exercise i.e cycling , avoid stress, try to take good sleep at night. Checkup your body by blood tests and physical examination at regular time.

No you cannot go back to normal diet with fats and heavy food. Jaundice reports are normal after 10 days but enzymes remain at a higher level for 6 weeks for a type & 8 weeks for b type of jaundice. Eat more proteins for liver to get repaired faster- toned milk, curd, few nuts, clear soups, boiled eggs. Avoid fats of any kind. Avoid bulky food. Eat more often. Drink lots of water/ ors/ canejuice-fresh & clean/ diluted milk with roohafza/ weak tea etc. More liquids will help bilirubin the yellow pigment get out of system faster. No exposure to sun, basic hygiene like bath & cottons only & total rest from work. Do get tested for type of jaundice-a or b.

Day 1 Breakfast – 1 cup of tea or coffee, 1 egg, 1 tomato, few slices of cheese with whole bran bread. Snack – 1 cup of yogurt, 1 apple. Lunch – 1 cup of whole grain pasta with salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. Snack – ½ cup of cottage cheese with pear. Dinner – Baked fish with steamed vegetables, 1/3 cup of brown rice. Day 2 Breakfast – 1 cup of cottage cheese with dry or fresh fruits, 1 cup of low fat milk, tea. Snack – 1 cup of yogurt, 1 banana. Lunch – 5 oz chicken breast with 1 baked potato, salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Snack – 1 tablespoon of peanut butter with celery or apple. Dinner – Omelet with mushrooms, 1 cup of tea. Day 3 Breakfast – 1 cup of oatmeal with teaspoon of butter and fruits, 1 cup of tea. Snack – 1 yogurt, few walnuts. Computer eye strain is known as computer vision syndrome follow the advice given below. 1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away. 2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare 4. Keep your monitor bright- this decreases flicker 5. Use proper lighting like incandescent light 6. Check position of monitor- monitor should be placed 4-5inches below eye level and 20-28 inches from eyes 7. Adjust, screen resolution 8. Minimise glare- clean monitor regularly to remove dust and place an anti glare screen 9. Try massage or eye cupping- massaging the area around the eye will relax eye muscle. Rub your hands together to create friction and warmth, then gently cup your palm over the closed eye and rest them 10. Take multivitamin tablet containing vitamin a, c, e, b complex, zinc and antioxidant (one capsule of revital daily after breakfast) 11. Go for yearly eye examination.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Rinse your mouth with listerine mouthwash after every feed. Keep a chewing gum in mouth. Take a dentist? s opinion. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & back (spine) exercises it may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

There are things you can try on your own to help your foreskin easily slide back over the head of your penis. Start with stretching exercises during your shower. You should pull the foreskin forward away from the body, then pull it back as so it feels tight without being painful and keep it stretched for a couple of minutes. Make it a routine for a couple of times a day. And do it gradually, one step at the time.

I recommend the following 1. Find out how much of protein you are losing in the urine. Protein in urine rises the creatinine. Tablets like ace/arb can reduce protein in urine 2. Avoid red meat 3. Avoid weight lifting exercises 4. Tab nephrosave twice daily has given good results in my patients 5.
