Hi sir I am a person who carries a weight about 85.6 kg and recently had an accident and got ACL and MINISCULE tare and some how I managed to loose 5 kg weight but I want to bring it down up to 68 or 70 odd but with ACL and MINISCULE tare I can not do hard exercise to burn my calories So need a help with it how to loose weight with no harsh workout I can follow any vegetarian diet whatever will be suggested by you EXPERTS.

Hi, I am feeling very tired for the past couple of months. Not even able to exercise due to tiredness. I sleep for 5 to 6 hrs a day and diet is same as before. Have also lost 3 kgs in 5 months. Please advise the possible reason and solution.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Get some investigations like blood hemoglobin, blood sugar, thyroid hormone level, ECG to rule out any other problem - follow a proper daily routine for meals, exercise, sleep, also reduce stress - have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals as it is easier to digest & also provides a continuous flow of energy throughout the day, have meals on time, do not skip meals - reduce the carbohydrate content of your daily diet & increase protein & wholegrain foods in it - try & start exercise daily for 10-15 min, like walking, stretching, doing pushups, squats, crunches, have a snack half an hour before exercise - keep well hydrated, have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of eater per day, as even mild dehydration can cause tiredness - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed - destress by reading or listening to music or playing an outdoor game or follow a hobby.

Absolutely. If you are not a diabetic then you can have as much sweets as you like because its a misconception that eating more sweets will cause diabetes later in life. But one thing is for sure that eating more sweets will lead to more weight in life. More weight will intern lead to a lot of troubles in life.

Sir I am 44 years, 174 cm and 85 kg person. My bmi is quite higher than the acceptable limit of 25. I run every alternate say for 5 km but my weight is still at 85 kg for last one year.
