Plese tell me are you over weighted .if yes reduce your weight first. Second start taking methi seeds water in empty stomach. For this soak methi seeds in 1 glass of water overnight. Boil it and drink it in empty stomach. Avoid late night dinners and rice in dinner.

Ask her to hold water in her mouth for some time regularly. Eat proper food. General putting on weight will show on her face as well as other parts. Rest need to evaluate.

Okay lybrate-user these may help you (1) do exercise regular (2) drink water about 3 lit/day (3) take high calorie high protein foods like lean chicken, cottage cheese, almond, peanut, mushroom, unprocessed foods, dry fruits, nuts etc (3) take fiber rich foods (4) eat milk shake (5) use weight gainer supplement (6) add cream with tea/coffee (7) take a bigger plate (8) eat more frequently (9) no water before or during meals.

I am 30 year old male. I used to run regularly, but one day I felt pain in my knees. The pain in both the knees was more prominent when I used to use stair cases, I consulted an orthopaedic surgeon and he suggested it might be due to ACL, and he asked for X-Ray, but due to some assignment I was not able to continue with treatment. I took complete rest for two weeks avoiding stress on my knees, and now I don't feel that much discomfort while using stair cases. Want to know if I can continue my running and basic exercise ? Is there any way to test the ACL condition at home ?

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Try to workout in cooler environment. There is no harm in doing cardio or weight in an ac room or gym for two months.

Hello. Include high protein foods such as Egg whites, skim milk, paneer, tofu, yoghurt, skinless chicken, soy chunks etc consume 3-4 almonds. To your meals add 5 ml of ghee per day (do not exceed) have a sound sleep of 7-8 hours Smiling is one of the facial exercises. So keep smiling. You can search for some more facial exercises and follow a perfect diet blended with the exercises would help you.
