Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also press your palm with your finger tips in both hands. Consult after 10 days.

Hello, Don't worry, although gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication, but you will gain weight gradually with homoeopathic medicines and improving your lifestyle. It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. Sex tips for men with thick penises: Lubricate: It is very important for your lady to lubricate enough. Dryness can make it really painful to penetrate inside her. So, make sure you penetrate inside her only if she is lubricating enough. Use a lube if required: If your woman is not lubricating, you must use a lube to prevent dryness and ease the intercourse. Sex positions: Focus on the sex position as it matters a lot! You should not try few sex positions immediately. Once your woman gets used to your penis thickness and size, try sex positions that are deeper and spacious. Prefer classic sex positions like missionary till then. Even woman on top is preferable as the woman controls the depth and speed as per her comfort levels. Spread your legs: Spread your legs apart to allow deeper penetration, and also give enough space to make it less painful for the woman. If you join your legs and enter inside her, it will be really painful for the woman. Women can avoid pain by joining her legs closer. More foreplay: Women take time to get excited. So, indulge in foreplay to increase the sex drive. Women most particularly love foreplay and this can really turn them on! So for better sex and lubrication, have a proper foreplay before sex.

Sir I am doing weight training every day I want to know that whey protein is good for health or not. Is this is good ...
Whey protein is made up by milk (Milk is made of two proteins, casein and whey. Whey protein can be separated from the casein in milk or formed as a by-product of cheese making. Whey protein is considered a complete protein as it contains all 9 essential amino acids. It is low in lactose content) Better to take natural things like sprouts, milk, all pulses, quinoa, mushroom, soyabeen, legume and beans, peanut butter etc i can guide you further after taking your complete diet history

Knee Replacement Education
The knee has to support the weight of the body as you run, walk, jump and climb stairs. The stress on the knee means that knees are more frequently injured than other joints.

Knee replacement surgery can make a dramatic difference for those with severely painful knee joints. More than 90 percent of individuals who have total knee replacements report significant pain relief, improved mobility and better quality of life.

In the past, patients between 60 and 75 years of age were considered to be the best candidates for total knee replacement, but improvements in artificial knee technology and surgical techniques have made knee replacement an option for both elder patients as well as younger patients.

In a traditional total knee replacement, the damaged areas of the femur, tibia and kneecap are removed and replaced with prostheses. Patients whose joint damage is limited to one area of the joint may be candidates for partial or unicompartmental replacement.

Hello Doctor, Can I drink cold (not too much cold) pasteurised milk? What are the pros and cons of this? Thank you.

Hello Doctor, Can I drink cold (not too much cold) pasteurised milk? What are the pros and cons of this? Thank you.
Cold pasteurised milk does no harm. You can drink it. Actually warm milk is heavy and takes time to digest. but people boil the milk to kill its bacterias in it. If the milk is pasteurized then there is no harm in drinking it, only if you are not sensitive to cold things.
