A physical exercise programme must incorporate the right mix of exercises so that all important parts of the body are exercised. Here Some Important Points to be considered during buid up your body in a healthy way. 1.ADULTS SHOULD CHOOSE LOW - FAT, 2.PROTEIN RICH FOODS SUCH AS LEAN MEAT, FISH, PULSES AND LOW FAT MILK 3.EAT MORE WHOLE GRAINS, SPROUTED GRAMS AND FERMENTED FOODS 4.GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES, OTHER VEGETABLES AND FRUITS SHOULD BE USED IN PLENTY 5.CONSUME RAW AND FRESH VEGETABLES AS SALADS 6.COOKING OILS AND ANIMAL FOODS SHOULD BE USED IN MODERATION AND VANASPATHI / GHEE / BUTTER SHOULD BE USED SPARINGLY 7.EAT FISH MORE FREQUENTLY THAN MEAT AND POULTRY AND LIMIT / AVOID ORGAN MEATS (LIVER, KIDNEY, BRAIN ETC) 8.OVEREATING SHOULD BEAVOIDED 9.NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST 10. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Don't only rely on supplement,,take high protein diet like egg,, chicken,, mutton,,fish ,, daily,,take fruits,,take whey protein,,take zinc supplement,,take multivitamins with multiminerals,,this will help,, don't take much supplement

Extreme pain in joints specially knee. Have cholesterol and thyroid. Please advise.
Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

There should be no focus of infection any where in body before any joint replacement surgery is under taken. It will be better if the surgery is postponed till the teth problem is settled.

If you lose about 50-100 strands of hair each day us common but if you loss more than 100 in a day then you r suffering from excessive hair. These r very common now a days because of hectic schedule and stress is very common. You take balance diet especially protein and vitamin rich diet use herbal shampoo or take some unani medicine which control your hair fall. Zulamala (hamdard) soak 3tsf zulamala in a cup of water for 2 hours. Massage on the scalp and rinse the hair with water after 5 min. Use zulamala atleast twice a week. Then I prescribed oil for hair roghan baiza murgh and roghan zarareeh (hamdard) massage this oil on the scalp on bed time.

I have been facing chest pains from past 7 years from last one year it has been became more severe. Now last week I felt a strangling pain in centre of the chest for 40 seconds it was very hard pain. My ecg, echo, tmt are normal I have a bit high cholesterol. I have consulted two cardiologists and they said that my heart is fine. My question is should I go for ct angiography my parents are restricting me from the test saying I have become hypochondriac. Please help me what to do. I am 28 age old.

Though you are so young to think for cardiac disease when your all reports are normal, I still think for angiography, my experience is all investigations even normal angio gives actual pathology. Not only that if is negative you will be over sure that you have nothing, otherwise something will prick to your mind.
