Aways boil milk before drinking. Milk can have germs if not boiled properly. It can create stomach problems. It is applicable to cow milk, or any other milk.

Hi lybrate-user for Spondylitis need to tell region like cervical or lumbar. If it's cervical Spondylitis need to see which muscles are tight and weak and treatment depends on that. For simplicity you can start with neck isometric exercises shoulder retraction exercises like wall pushups. For cough need to do active or assisted coughing techniques. Egs. 1. For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). Cervical pain is very common in persons who drive two wheeler for more then 10 to 15 km per day. You need to go through investigation s like blood picture X-ray cervical spine and if needed MRI cervical facet arthropathy is prevalent in about 40% population The long term pain in neck can because of arthritis. Evaluation of problem is required.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Have proper, balanced diet every day. Eat 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Avoid outside and packaged food as much as you can. Drink plenty of water. Exercise regularly. Get proper 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
