Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

My accident happen as a train accident and my both femur fractured in both the femur doctor put rod. I got accident on 2010 it's almost 6 year. First while walking gate problem but it's become very less now is it possible to walk straight without any gate problem. Rod is now also along with femur.

there is minimal gait abnormality found in such types of operations if surgeon performed good surgery. Due to muscle weakness and knee there is some gait problem but resolves as the muscles strengthen.

Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Both Knee pains a lot, it is happening from last two years. He wears knee caps and feels some relaxation. But same happens again in same day.

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Whenever I wash clothes and do some extra work. Severe pain on my hand occurs. I think it's on bones. What to do?

Hand pain can be caused by anything from a trapped nerve to an underlying disease such as arthritis. If the pain persists even after resting your hand and taking painkillers, or if you have other symptoms and are uncertain of the cause, please consult a orthopedic or physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. In the meantime try few self care: use rest, ice, compression, and elevation (rice) for pain and swelling. Avoid sleeping on your hands, which may decrease blood flow to your fingers. Stop, change, or take a break from your activities.

There are medicines which can help to control the progress of ra. These are long term medicines and are usually prescribed by rheumatologist or orthopedic doctors. (***please stay away from magic cures provided by quacks. They usually give steroids in high dose which will relive your symptoms immediately but can cause serious long term side effects.) once your pain and swelling is under control we prescribe physiotherapy to regain your joint mobility.

After surgery symptoms usually settle down fast. This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression & the root pressure is not removed adequately. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello sir my dad is severely suffering from back ache since 2 months! The pain starts from left buttocks and till toe, he can't sit and can't walk, its paining a lot to him! I have consulted many doctors like neurologists, ortho and done with many massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture but still he is doing the same! I also asked if this is sciatica, because the symptoms seems to be like sciatica, but doctors said NO! so Im looking for the positive response! Help me out! Thank you!

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Take some hot fermentation and do back strengthening exercises. Legs stretching and bhujangaasan! you also need to pay attention towards your posture while carrying the baby, as it cn cause undue pressure on back. Just start some light exercise plus posture correction, you'll feel the change. Take care.

Hai sir, I use pind oil pain is decreasing 60% but one day iàm not using the oil, pain is still same. Pls give me permanently solution. I can't standing northern 30 mint's and while sitting also pain, sometime legs ones side muscle current shak pain.
