Hi lybrate-user, You need lever cleansing diet to help balance the enzymes and functions of the liver. Foods that are rich in the B-complex vitamins such as eggs, broccoli, spinach, brown rice and whole grains help to decongest the liver. Also add bitter vegetables such as bitter gourd, mustard greens and chicory to your diet to promote the production of bile in the liver and drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. Increase fruits and vegetables in your meals and add garlic, which contains the antioxidant allicin to decrease heavy metals in the liver. Limit the consumption of refined carbohydrates such as sugar, white breads, pasta, pastries, biscuits and desserts. Also avoid sugary processed foods and drinks, deep-fried foods and carbonated beverages and saturated fats such as margarine, butter and animal shortenings. Hello, along with medicines your son need to satisfy his nutritional requirement for vitamin D & iron through diet. You need to focus on Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. Beef liver. Cheese, Egg yolks in proper quantity. To improve iron level he should include liver, sunflower seeds, nuts, beef, lamb, beans, whole grains, dark leafy greens (spinach), dark chocolate, and tofu. Being underweight can be just as unhealthy as being obese, if not more.There are several medical conditions that can cause unhealthy weight loss. If you are underweight, then see a doctor to rule out a serious health problem. It is very important to eat mostly healthy foods & right exercise even if you are trying to gain weight. Here are some energy-dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight: •Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc. •Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others. •High-fat dairy: Whole milk, full-fat yogurt, cheese, cream. •Fats and Oils: Extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil. •Grains: Whole grains like oats and brown rice. •Meat: Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, etc. Choose fattier cuts. •Tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes and yams. •Dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, coconut milk, granola, trail mixes.

Hi lybrate-user a general low mood can include: sadness feeling anxious or panicky worry tiredness low self-esteem frustration anger however, a low mood will tend to lift after a few days or weeks. Making some small changes in your life, such as resolving a difficult situation, talking about your problems or getting more sleep, can usually improve your mood. A low mood that doesn't go away can be a sign of depression. Symptoms of depression can include the following: low mood lasting two weeks or more not getting any enjoyment out of life feeling hopeless feeling tired or lacking energy not being able to concentrate on everyday things like reading the paper or watching television comfort eating or losing your appetite sleeping more than usual or being unable to sleep it could be worth trying some self-help techniques. Life changes, such as getting a regular good night's sleep, keeping to a healthy diet, reducing your alcohol intake and getting regular exercise, can help you feel more in control and more able to cope. Self-help techniques can include activities such as meditation, breathing exercises and learning ways to think about problems differently. Tools such as self-help books and online counselling can be very effective.

Hello, green coffee bean extract is derived from coffee that hasn’t yet been roasted. It is rich in antioxidant compounds called chlorogenic acids, which are thought to be behind the extract’s beneficial effects. More research is needed on chlorogenic acid and green coffee beans in general, but it is thought that the chemical affects the body’s metabolism and the way it handles blood sugar. Thank you.

Hello, first you need to give attention on the meals you are taking and the intervals between every meal. Ideally you should follow a 6 meal pattern covering healthy breakfast, mid morning meal, lunch, snacks & dinner. All food should be low in saturated fat, low sugar & high in fibre.
