Respected sir you need to rule out the cause of back pain. Which may be due to muscles spasm or weakness and joints stiffness. Need to take interferencial therapy and exercises to strengthen back muscles which will relieve pain longer lasting.

Too much pain at the back fir the last two months. Gett physio at qi noida but relief is off & on. Taking painkillers also but relief is temporary. Mri has indicated issues with l5 & l1.
