Apply ghee or butter with food. consume butter milk with food daily. take food with much amount of fiber, mouth burn due to thinning of mucus in mouth. and spicy food. take ghee or butter before food.

When I studied my books or newspaper in my mind I analysed that every body hears me but I studied in my mind I don't speak a little word than how is it possible? I think because of long time of period I was listening songs in my hand free that's why I think its possible because high senses is it possible because high periods of listening songs in handfree I could be liking your thoughts beyond your mind? please tell me the right answer sir its really help full for me please Dr. Tell me i'm right or not?

yes you are right dear. as things or thoughts you think more about, will be coming frequently, so if thoughts are coming then let them come. don't oppose it, do Everyday yogasanas and pranayama practice. and meditation is must for you. join Art of Living Happiness workshop as soon as possible. Dear sir your stress level may be too much. Do regular pranayama practice and yogasanas daily. If possible attend 6 day art of living happiness workshop. All will be clear.

You can take protein powder but in moderate amount take more of natural content of protein. Go for yoga pranayama practice and daily exercise. Which will make you flexible and your wishes will be fulfilled.

Dear side, see your desire will be more but more but your ability to use of various senses are limited so you get tired due to excessive use of sex. Once a month it's ideal. Do regular pranayama practice and yoga practice which will give more strength to your mind body and spirit so you will feel better.

See your age is young, you need to eat healthy prevent junk foods, take more of green leafy vegetables and protein rich foods. Do regular exercise, pranayama and yoga practice which will help in perfect shape.

You have to eat vegetarian food. Eat properly. Eat green salads, butter, chees. Ghee. Dates in proper qauntity. Eat 3 to 4 soaked almond in the morning, also take figg or any dry fruits. Eat wheat iteams more like chapaties. Use protin powder in the milk in twice a day. Do not use maida items. Drink more water in whole day. Do not skip your breakfast. You have to take your breakfast. Lunch, dinner on time.

Apply ice packs on affected side for 3 to 5 minutes for 3 to 4 days. No weight lifting activities. In 3 to 4 days pain will not decreases so go for physiotherapy treatment.
