I am having migraine problem, and my blood pressure mostly remains 130/90, What should be done, bcoz it made me restless.

1.Take crocin Pain relief one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4.Avoid chocolate, salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of headache and if required, take CT scan of brain.

Drink plenty of water, lemon juice and green tea. Do brisk walk for 15-30 min. Daily or yoga or aerobics or swimming. Avoid oily and fatty foods, junk food. Take plenty of salad and roughage. In case you need diet chart revert back.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

Hi, take whey protein 1 spoon after workout. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include 2 egg, 2 figs, almonds, sprout, peanut butter in breakfast. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear, You can easily gain weight by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. * Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Clean your face 4 to 5 time with water.. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes.

Its good to aim to be fit and slim. But let this effort not end with one function. Rather you should aim to be fit for life. Your target of 20 kgs in 9 months is achievable. 1. Reduce Sugars/oils/ junk food/ pizzas / burgers/ puris etc from your diet. 2. No chips/ namkeen/samosas/ sauces 3. Cut out Colas/ fruit juices 4.* Eat three fruits every day. Banana/Apple/Guava/ Orange 5. *Cucumber/Sprouts salad in morning and evening. 6. *One glass of water every hour. 7. BF - 2 idli/ 2 slice bread + milk + 1 boiled egg 8. Lunch - 2-3 roti plain no oil with one sabji - dal - curd 9. Dinner - 2-3 roti plain no oil with one sabji- dal 10. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some Milk fat ( ghee). 2. Use Pomegranate Seeds and Milk. Another simple way to lighten dark, dull lips and create a beautiful pink color is using pomegranate seeds. Crush up the seeds and mix it with some milk cream. If you apply this home remedy to your lips regularly, you will start to see them becoming redder and fuller. 3. Apply Cucumber Juice Another great way to reduce any darkness on your lips is to apply a bit of cucumber juice. Simply slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can lighten dark lips to a beautiful pink color. 4. Mix Rose Petals in Milk. Rose petals are another one of the great home remedies for pink lips. Simply soak some rose petals in milk for a little bit of time. Then use the petals to make a paste, adding a few drops of both glycerin and honey. Semen leaking it is not weakness. You feel yourself very sensitive. When sexual urge comes then semen releases it is common. Better to divert your mind to other aspects.
