hello lybrate user... tha pain in lower molars may be due to errors in root canal treatment or may be eruption of third molars. because the wisdom teeth eruption has radiating pain.. I advice you to rinse with warm water and salt.. apply hot pack extra orally.. pain killers can be used for two days , twice a day.. then take an orthopantamogram, and verify the condition of root canal treated teeth and follow me up for further treatment plan clarifications and name of pain killers.. thank you..
