Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Allergic rhinitis is a vata or pita or cough doses. What is the best ayurvedic medicines for allergic rhinitis.

Hi Lybrate-user, Your medical condition along with allergic rhinitis and tonsillitis, hypertension, joint pain, diabetes, weight gain, osteoporosis etc. Don’t worry Ayurveda can help you to cure allergy, you have to improve your immunity. Allergy is a disorder in which the body becomes hypersensitive to particular antigens which provokes characteristic symptoms whenever they are subsequently encounter, whether inhaled, ingested, infected or otherwise contacted. Normally antibodies in the blood stream and tissues react with and destroy specific antigen without further trouble. Different allergies afflict different tissues and may have either local or general effects. When a person's routine life is disturbed, he gets disturbed and agitated and functioning of endocrine glands gets adversely affected which ultimately causes, at time allergic reaction/metabolic changes. You should avoid urad, banana, oil fried food spices. Saline water gargle should be done before meals. Non-irritating and bland diet, hot water, lemon, green and leafy vegetables particularly having sour and bitter taste. You can also doing this at home: 6-7 basil leaves 5-6 cloves (powder) 2-3 black piper 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste all this add in 150 ml of water then boiling mild flame and reduce to 100 ml. I feel some problems in both my tonsils like breathing problem, sometimes and cough, congestion. I have a 1-month-old kitten, it all time roaming near me, sleeping on my lap, licking my face. Do these problems happen due to interaction with a kitten? If it happened due to a kitten, suggest some protection tips?

If you are allergic to feathers then yes kitten can be a cause. 1. Do saline gargles. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.
