Hi since you are at banglore, there are orthopaedic surgeons who specialise in hand surgery. If your thumb joints are not normal, an x-ray shall be needed and these hand specialists may be consulted for evaluation and management. 3 weeks is already late but correction is possible if thumb joints are involved. Although chances are your current doctors may have assessed correctly, and physiotherapy as advised may be a solution. Seek second opinion if you feel subjectively abnormal thumb joints. If you want to build a career in body building it may be ok to gain the bulk and then participate in competitions but if you are taking steroids or testosterone (which is a type of sex steroids) then you are harming yourself. Testosterone (t) causes water gain and gives strength so that it enables one to lift heavier weights and thus challenge his muscles to grow. A person taking t also feels good, has excess sexual urges (than his peers) and gains weight. But t also suppresses the natural body's production of testosterone, and when you are off the drugs (t), your natural sex drive may be too low. And it also suppresses sperm production. T also causes bones to become brittle and liable to fracture. The person on t is usually very touchy and gets into fights and quarrels easily, which is called roid rage.
