Lybrate-user, you must understand that though you are a fitness freak and like to exercise, use of testosterone for building up muscles is wrong. If you want to build a career in body building it may be ok to gain the bulk and then participate in competitions but if you are taking steroids or testosterone (which is a type of sex steroids) then you are harming yourself. Testosterone (t) causes water gain and gives strength so that it enables one to lift heavier weights and thus challenge his muscles to grow. A person taking t also feels good, has excess sexual urges (than his peers) and gains weight. But t also suppresses the natural body's production of testosterone, and when you are off the drugs (t), your natural sex drive may be too low. And it also suppresses sperm production. T also causes bones to become brittle and liable to fracture. The person on t is usually very touchy and gets into fights and quarrels easily, which is called roid rage. Due to all these reasons the body you have gained will attract people around you but when it comes to sex, you will have a difficult future. So better do body building without taking t growth of the penis happens only during puberty, and not after that. You are 20 years and at the end of puberty, so any further growth in penis may not happen. But as a gym freak, you know how important training is to gain muscle and tone and good physique, similarly, you can train yourself to make the best use of the penis that has grown naturally. If you see cricket players, you would have noticed, technique is all that matters along with good stamina. Players who are tall and young sometimes can not score as much as short players do. (e. G sachin t, virat k both are short. But score runs to make themselves legendary) this is due to lack of technique. If you learn good technique to use your penis at sex, it will not matter how big or thick it is. For this I would advise you to masturbate and at masturbation practice the stop and squeeze method. At masturbation, men can identify that point of time when even stoppage of the masturbation will not be able to prevent an ejaculation and he will release semen. This is the point of no return. If at masturbation, you squeeze the penis head between the thumb and finger, just before the" point of no return" then you will find that this squeeze of a minute or two will prevent ejaculation. Your erection may be reduced a bit, but you can make it hard again and masturbate again till that squeeze point and repeat that squeeze. At masturbation, use lubrication, and try this again and again till you can maintain your erection without ejaculation for a good 15 minutes. If you can do this you would have mastered the art of ejaculation control. You can use this technique to last longer and prevent early discharge, at masturbation or even when with partner. Having no hair on the body is ok for some, especially if you are in body building as many body builders spend a lot of time and energy getting rid of body hair to show off their muscles. If you have hair in your arm pits and near the penis, it means you have achieved the secondary sex characters which come in puberty testosterone levels are not responsible for the hair. T only helps in making the downy hair (baby like hair) thick and curly. So if you do not have much hair, it is not because of absence of t or deficiency of t so wishing you all the best with your life and hope you understand the gravity of my suggestions.
