Hello, Thanks for the query. Both FBG & PP are with in normal range. But HbA1c% is showing the diabetic value. Following are the values for diagnosis : 1)Normal : FBG 70 to 100 mg, PP < 140 mg, HbA1c% < 5.7%. 2)Pre-diabetic : FBG 101 to 125 mg, PP 141 to 199 mg & HbA1c% 5.7% to 6.4% 3)Diabetes : FBG 126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above & HbA1c% 6.5% and above. You appear to be on the border line. Another important aspect is your weight with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 27.9 2 kgs/Sq meter (Normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter). So you have an excess of over 13 kgs. This is an invitation to diabetes. Particularly if your parents or siblings are having diabetes. So please give a serious look at your lifestyle, which includes diet, exercise and weight control plus things like avoiding alcohol and smoking, junk foods etc. Thanks.

Approx how many times you urinate? Have you checked your blood sugar levels? And since how long you are facing this problem?

No it is not safe to consume any ayurvedic preparations it will harm your kidney function more make sure you have a good diabetes and bp control to prevent further damage of your kidney check your urine for any bacteria if there please refer a nephrologist and get a proper antibiotic treatment which will itself improve creatinine if you have any.

Doctor on assessment must have recorded high blood pressure and hence prescribed medicine for blood pressure. It should be continued under advice of treating doctor. Insulin is the best medicine for any level of diabetes. We can try to normalize blood sugars with oral medications and if there is no satisfactory control with oral medicines for diabetes, we can add insulin along with oral medications to bring the levels under normal range.

Do not start any antibiotics without proper urine test. May be due to uti pyelonephritis kidney stone and may be acute glomerulonephritis plenty of water multiple times anti spasmodic antibiotics may need xray usg or even ct scan of abd you can chat with me pressing on online consultation button if you wish thanks.

Your diabetic profile ,even after 11 years of being diabetic is appreciable. Hba1c is perfect. Fasting sugar is in high normal range. It may vary time to time. If you want to reduce the fasting sugar little more, teneligliptin can be replaced another molecule with better efficacy and less side effect can given.

The most obvious cause of foamy urine is the speed of urination. Just as water foams up when it comes out of the tap quickly.Proteinuria could also be one the reasons that may cause foamy urine. you may need to discuss it in more detail to get a right and effective medical consultation. Thanks.

A egfr below 60 for three months or more or a egfr above 60 with kidney damage (marked by high levels of albumin in your urine) indicates chronic kidney disease. Blood or protein in the urine can be an early sign of kidney disease. For people without diabetes, the normal range for the hemoglobin a1c level is between 4% and 5.6%. Hemoglobin a1c levels between 5.7% and 6.4% mean you have a higher chance of getting diabetes. Levels of 6.5% or higher mean you have diabetes.
