It is our perception that can change our current negative situation into a healthy & positive one. Dear user, did you get yourself checked after the injury from 2 years back? Was a ct brain taken then? You can visit a neurologist at a hospital for an appointment for a ct brain. The neurologist will be able to assess and guide you after a proper physical examination is done. In case of any contusion or any long standing clots, after appropriate medication you will become fine. But a thorough examination is needed to reach an appropriate diagnosis.

Hello- Two of the most common sexual dysfunctions that affect a large percentage of men are Premature Ejaculation (PE) and Erectile Dysfunction (ED). The incidence of these conditions have been found to be equitably spread among all socio-economic groups and can affect men of all ages. Most men who have been diagnosed with ED as a primary problem, the secondary concern in most instances is PE, the two are often thought to be mutually inclusive. Also because reduced or hampered blood flow, critical to achieve a penetrable erection, to the genital areas is one of the main reason for premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, the logic of 'one reason one problem' gets applied. In the last few decades, significant advancements in treatment procedures and options have improved the outlook for both Premature Ejaculation and Erectile Dysfunction and the comprehensive treatment for both the weakness is possible with the help of medications.

Dear lybrate-user, you probably do not have hypothyroidism as your symptoms are non specific and your free t4 and tsh are normal. Your weight gain is probably related to the total cessation of physical activity after 6 months and the steroid injections but now that you are not on steroids that does not explain why you remain so overweight. The 8 am cortisol of 22 ug/dl is just above normal. You need to do a dexamethasone suppression test to rule out over-activity of adrenal glands. You need a detailed evaluation to sort out your problems
