Dear patient anal fissure is usually associated with constipation (due to straining & hard stool). You have to modify your dietary habits & daily routine to regulate your bowel movements. Firstly, have plenty of water & fibre rich diet; avoid red meat (if you are non-vegetarian). Secondly, for healing of fissure at anus, you have to do sitz bath with lukewarm water 3-4 times/day; followed by application of fidonal/cremagel-l cream at anal verge after every sitz bath. Thirdly, to make your stool smooth, you may need stool softener (syr. Cremaffin plus- 15 ml at night). Finally, it is always wise decision to physically attend a general surgeon or proctologist for clinical examination & assessment. Thank you.

Hello anal fissures are common in young age group. I hope you have consulted a surgeon atleast once. If not, please do visit a surgeon for a detailed examination. Sitz bath at least 3 times a day is miraculously helpful in many cases. Avoid betadine ointment local application. Instead use betadine solution during sitz bath. Avoid straining, spicy masala foods and drink plenty of fluids. Take care thanks.

This is an abnormal desire. To be on safer side do stool and urine examination routine and culture. Vaginal swab test for std if any needs to be done. After that if your partner support move on.

U can try this - 1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits (eat whole fruit not juice), a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk, a cheese cube/slice/ banana shake etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style. Exercise to gain weight swimming:jogging:lunges and squats:bench press:deadlifts:yoga:pull-ups:upright barbell rows and dumbbell shoulder press lifting weight is important too, so that the additional calories can be used to build muscle instead of just adding fat. 11. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain.

U have not mentioned how much fever you got. Check it with thermometer. What are other symptoms. Any problem in throat or urine? Breathing problem? Do you feel chilly before fever. Appetite? Have you list weight in these 2 weeks. Vomiting or nausea? Pain anywhere? Need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

1. Nothing to worry, try using prebiotics /probiotics for a few days with zinc syrup 2. Use a ppi (pan 40d) for a week. 3. If symptoms continue get fecal calprotectin levels done for diagnosing inflammatory bowel disease. 4. Passing urine before stool, it might be normal 5. Improve fiber in diet, avoid salted smoked/oily and fatty foods 6. Drink 2-3l of water / day 7. Urgency to poop after milk or egg, could be celiac disease / lactose intolerance (rare) 8. But there is some kind of ongoing colitis (inflammation of large intestine )(probably infective)
