Hi, acne requires longterm management. Tablets are needed if creams don't give results. The doctor may give higher antibiotic if azithromycin is not effective. It takes 3-4 months to get appreciable response. So please continue your treatment under a dermatologist and you will get results.

First of all, fluka isn’t to be taken per day as it can cause severe reactions. So I want to know if you got prescribed fluka per day or u r taking on your own. Taking antibiotics and anti fungals the wrong way, in the wrong dose and without doctor’s prescription can lead to serious resistance, which in lay man terms mean that patient may get infected with strain of fungus that is resistant to known antifungals. It’s a serious issue. So probably u are either having an adverse reaction or have developed resistance.

Antibiotic course shouldn't be taken on its own. Because there is complete course for antibiotics. Starting the antibiotics and not completing the course can make you antibiotic resistant. Meaning these first line antibiotics will not work incase you require them in future for any illness and then higher antibiotics will be given. So first stop taking medication randomly. Regarding the allergic reaction, have you checked the expiry date of the medicine, or may be medicine was manipulated, did you buy from recognized pharmacy, or over the period of one year her immune system went low. Now that you know this medication has done the allergic reaction, keep noting it and always tell your physician or dental surgeon before hand. Anyways regarding toothache when medicine do not work and cannot control the toothpain, then it is high time that you visit the dentist. First dentist will find out the tooth. Second dentist will take the xray. If the pain is due to caries, then high chances the carioes have reached the nerve and is giving pain due to infection. So dentist will in that case open the tooth and open thetooth door and then pressure inside the tooth will be released out and as soon as the pressure due to pus is released the pain will subside. But for all this you need to visit the dentist. Then in subsequent follow up will try to save the tooth via rct. Third if the tooth cannot be saved via rct then removal of the tooth, not on the same day though. If it is not due to teeth and entirely pain arising out of gums then dentist will do scaling, curettage, root planning, give you gels to apply. But for anything you have to visit the dentist. Right diagnosis is the key. Meanwhile you can take tab ketorol dt - 2 tablet in half glass of water. Or tab ultracet one whenever you have pain. But taking medication is subject to kidney, liver diseases or any allergy. Stop if you have any of above and take crocin one tablet when ever pain.
