I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. One cannot get such results only with makeup, so developing a fair skin complexion is possible, but it is a gradual process. There are several advanced skin treatments which are dermatologically-approved, but they are also very costly. Skin whitening is possible without chemical treatments as well. Hello lybrate-user, black gums is due to natural skin pigmentation, there are no known home remedies for it. There are two lines of treatment to manage this, 1. A minor procedure called gingival depigmentation can be done, results semi permanent, as we can not alter body's natural mechanism of making melanin pigmentation. 2. As you mention most of your smile is gums, we can do cosmetic procedure and make the teeth appear longer by removing a small calculated portion of the gums, and hence make them less apparent. A combination of both these procedures will ensure best results. Hope it helps!

Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand your concern, but please understand that eukroma cream contains hydroquinone as the key ingredient and it is not advised to use it as a long term treatment because of its side effects. Am not sure what the ingredients of deti white cream are so I cannot comment on it. 2) for dark spots as a result of acne, you can apply kojic acid / azelaic acid / lactic acid or glycolic acid creams as these topicals have a very good safety profile. These creams should be applied only in the night as these can make skin very photosensitive / hyper reactive to sunlight and therefore sunscreen application during day time is mandatory. Also use a non soap cleanser for facewash twice daily and a medicated moisturizer. 3) there are many cosmetic procedures to choose from for post acne scars like - prp - laser assisted treatment - mesotherapy - microneedling - dermabrasion - intense pulsed light - photo dynamic therapy 4) also follow these simple measures- - do not pick on your acne as it lead to scarring which could be deep and permanent -do touch your face with unclean hands - do not scrub you face -avoid cosmetic products especially the oily based ones, unless the present flare-up subsides -apply a sunscreen with spf not less than 50 - relax yourself, and make yourself stress free ,as stress is a big contributing factor. -avoid oily food, junk food, dairy products ,egg yolk, fatty and too spicy foods. 5) take care and be aware about few of the reasons that causes these acne. - high consumption of dairy products - cola, caffienated drinks, aerated drinks, high sugary foods - high humidity - over application of moisturizers and creams clogging the pores - excessive sebum secretion inherently. - picking/ squeezing acne, abrasive washing or frequent scrubbing for more acne specific treatment, kindly provide me with a photo so as to grade the severity and the give the proper treatment and dosage. Hope your query is cleared thank you and take care.
