For general painful conditions you can take over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol or Disprin. Nimesulide should not be used as it has been banned in many countries. Drugs like Ibuprofen and Disprin can cause gastritis and kidney damage if used over a long period of time specially if the patient also has diabetes or hypertension. Safest drug to be used at home for entire family irrespective of age is paracetamol. 500 mg paracetamol tablet can be taken up to 4 to 6 times a day for a healthy adult with normal weight. It can be used for fever, body aches, headache etc. Any pain or fever not responding to simple measures needs evaluation and consult your doctor.

It is your illusion rather than fact that your body temperature is very high as compared to others. Core Body temperature (as measured by putting thermometer under tongue for 2 minutes or in arm pits for 5 minutes or by putting intra-rectally) lies in very narrow range around 98. 6F. If you feel you have higher body temperature, first prove it by regular temperature recording every three hours for at least a week. I hope by this you shall come out of your illusion. Sometimes you have vasodilatation in your skin micro blood vessels, then you feel your skin hot but when you measure your core body temperature, it actually come 98. 6F or around it. Yes there is relation in metabolism and body weight. If your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is high as well as you have physical activities which result in enhanced metabolism, your body weight would be on lower side and if your BMR is low and you have low physical activity, you will tend to be obese. You might be having high thyroid activity which increases BMR and decreases weight. So get T3 T4 AND TSH tested and discuss furthe Even if your core body temperature happens to come out high, there is no medicine for decreasing it. The drugs for fever like paracetamol and nimesulide would decrease fever induced body temperature due to lowering of hypothalamic temperature thermostat point which had been set high due to fever but would not lower otherwise normal body temperature. Nor high body temperature shall have any harmful effect on your body. You can increase your weight by increasing your diet.

Till today there is no known side effect of these drugs in early pregnancy, but if taken in last 3 months, can lead to pre mature closer of ductus artereosus,

Please stop the antibiotics, take plenty of fluids, increase your carbohydrate intake and sugar I take if you are not diabetic , I also recommend u/s upper abdomen
