Migraine is an autoimmune disease with many triggers which can be cured only with diet, lifestyle changes and supplements .medicines will never work you have to understand this first treat the root cause of the problem and not the symptom .headache has multiple causes which can be only evaluated only with a detailed dietary and lifestyle history taking, doing the right blood tests - includes 4 inflammatory markers ,12 vitamin levels which are related to your disease you have. This detailed history and testing if not done by your doctor you will never find your disease trigger and root cause and you will have to suffer unnecessarily get a dietary plan along with recipes which create wellness and not illness .you have not provided details like your nature of job, dietary habits, lifestyle, sleep, stress ,environment where you live and work. These factors are triggers for your headache I cannot treat what I cannot see .free general advice will not work because the triggers for headache is different for different people .you get what you pay. Send feedback with name and number and take a consultation if you really value your health and if you are serious about finding the root cause of your headache and fixing it permanently.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.

I am a 19 year old male that has had random head pains for the last three to four years. The pain is never severe outside of the occasional twinge, and it never lasts very long. Oftentimes, I feel pressure in my head, usually on the top and around my temples but it can sometimes be centralized to specific points on my head. The same goes for the pain, which sometimes seems like it moves around to different points. On top of that, for the last couple of months I have noticed random twitches in my body, sometimes in both thighs, and other times in my neck, back of my head, or my arms. Additionally, i've been catching myself making word mistakes, for example in a conversation I said viagra instead of vicodin. At my last doctor's appointment a year ago, my gp suggested that I get my eyes checked, as one eye had poorer sight than the other. I've never had any kind of head trauma, and i'm truthfully worried that I may have a brain tumor. Do these symptoms seem consistent at all?

Headaches that come and go are almost never a brain tumor; they're almost always a migraine,” Samuels says. Headaches can occur in any part of the head, sometimes on the left or right side. That throbbing feeling on one side albeit unbalanced and particularly uncomfortable is still not likely a tumor. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.

Daily my bp remains around 135-140/90-100. Most of the time I feel pressure in my vein of right hand side head this thing leads severe headache on right hand side of my head. It seems blood vessel will burst and not able to focus with my right eye while left hand side of my head remains very good and calm. I have no diabetes ,no cholesterol and no kidney problem. I am pure vegetarian, non alcoholic and non smoker. My weight is 82 kg, height 180 cm and 30 years old. During my one sided headache, my right eyebrow keeps blinking all the time and it continues till one week. I also noticed that during this headache my bp goes very high around 160/110 and gas in stomach. My tmt and ecg are normal but I have vitamin d deficiency. Most important thing is that I am suffering this headache for last 7-8 years back. Then it used to be sometime left or sometime right side or both sides but from last 2 years, headache is only now right hand sided. I explained everything now what should I do ?why I have bp problem.
