Supradyne tab one at night for two weeks after dinner for weakness. Light diet plenty of water n liquid till fever persist. Semiliquid khichadi porridge rice dal poha upma home made instant idali with white chatni. Ors, nimbupani buttermilk coconut water frequently. Meftal forte three times or as required for fever, headache. Sos or three times a day. As complaints reduce you can able to eat so you gain weight. You can eat fruits must be pealed off. Mango is not good for u. Ok.

With fever for more than 5 days which has not come to normal even after cefixime for 5 days. This may be resistant uti for cefixime or fever with some other cause. Your doctor may ask for other tests like cbc, malaria rapid test, dengue fever and urine culture etc. Keep record of temp by noting date and temp record 3 times in a day. Ie am, 1 noon and 9 pm take plenty of liquid by mouth.

Do cold sponging and give her syrup pcm and mefenamic acid 5 ml tds .if fever persist then do a cbc if there is high counts then you need iv antibiotics .if you have any issue after this then you can ask me everything.

1. Use probiotic like sporolac ds 1-0-1 * 3 days after food (for foul smelling semi solid stools with sensation of incomplete evacuation and abdominal cramps) 2. Use dolo 650 mg upto 3tabs/day for fever 3. Get blood tests done if fever persist to r/o dengue/ malaria/typhoid.

Hi, Some may get these symptoms after vaccination and it may persist up to 3-5days and later get back to normalcy. No need to worry. Take plenty of fluids and good rest.

Hello for your 5 years old child to give her symptomatic relief I would prescribe syrup sinarest 6 ml after food three times a day. Vitamin c pediatric gummy chocolates once daily. If there are any other symptoms you can discuss in private chat.
