Neck pain cervical spondylosis– chronic condition with radiating pain this is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. 1.pendulum stretch do this exercise first. Relax your shoulders. Stand and lean over slightly, allowing the affected arm to hang down. Swing the arm in a small circle — about a foot in diameter. Perform 10 revolutions in each direction, once a day. As your symptoms improve, increase the diameter of your swing, but never force it. When you're ready for more, increase the stretch by holding a light weight (three to five pounds) in the swinging arm. 2. Towel stretch hold one end of a three-foot-long towel behind your back and grab the opposite end with your other hand. Hold the towel in a horizontal position. Use your good arm to pull the affected arm upward to stretch it. You can also do an advanced version of this exercise with the towel draped over your good shoulder. Finger walk face a wall three-quarters of an arm's length away. Reach out and touch the wall at waist level with the fingertips of the affected arm. Your fingers should be doing the work, not your shoulder muscles. Slowly lower the arm (with the help of the good arm, if necessary) and repeat. Perform this exercise 10 to 20 times a day. 4. Cross-body reach sit or stand. Use your good arm to lift your affected arm at the elbow, and bring it up and across your body, exerting gentle pressure to stretch the shoulder. Hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds. Do this 10 to 20 times per day. 5. Armpit stretch using your good arm, lift the affected arm onto a shelf about breast-high. Gently bend your knees, opening up the armpit. Deepen your knee bend slightly, gently stretching the armpit, and then straighten. With each knee bend, stretch a little further, but don't force it. Do this 10 to 20 times each day. Starting to strengthen as your range of motion improves, add rotator cuff–strengthening exercises. Be sure to warm up your shoulder and do your stretching exercises before you perform strengthening exercises. 6. Outward rotationhold a rubber exercise band between your hands with your elbows at a 90-degree angle close to your sides. Rotate the lower part of the affected arm outward two or three inches and hold for five seconds. Repeat 10 to 15 times, once a day. 7. Inward rotation stand next to a closed door, and hook one end of a rubber exercise band around the doorknob. Hold the other end with the hand of the affected arm, holding your elbow at a 90-degree angle. Pull the band toward your body two or three inches and hold for five seconds. This stretches the glutes and lower back. 5.Repeat on the other side. 3. Forward pigeon pose 1.Kneel on the floor on all fours. 2.Pick up your right leg and move it forward on the ground in front of your body. Your lower leg should be on the ground, horizontal to the body. Your right foot should be in front of your right knee while your right knee stays to the right. 3.Stretch the left leg out all the way behind you on the floor, with the top of the foot on the ground and toes pointing back. 4.Shift your body weight gradually from your arms to your legs so that your legs are supporting your weight. Sit up straight with your hands on either side of your legs. 5.Take a deep breath. While exhaling, lean your upper body forward over your front leg. Standing hamstring stretch this stretch can help ease pain and tightness in the hamstring caused by sciatica. 1.Place your right foot on an elevated surface at or below your hip level. This could be a chair, ottoman, or step on a staircase. Flex your foot so your toes and leg are straight. If your knee tends to hyperextend, keep a slight bend in it. 2.Bend your body forward slightly toward your foot. The further you go, the deeper the stretch. Do not push so far that you feel pain. 3.Release the hip of your raised leg downward as opposed to lifting it up. If you need help easing your hip down, loop a yoga strap or long exercise band over your right thigh and under your left foot. 4.Hold for at least 30 seconds, and then repeat on the other sideif you have low back pain and sciatica you can undergo intermittent pelvic traction where in your half of your body weight will be added in the electronic traction so that that would help you to reduce the pain, along with interferential therapy stimulations which would help you to get relieved from the radiating pain. Apply ice for the pain to get subsided immediately. If you cannot go immediately for the physiotherapy treatment. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains? Hello lybrate-user. By the terms used in the question, it seems that you are someone from dental fraternity. In my opinion, firstly check for the following: - tenderness in muscles of mastication - clicking of tmj and deviation/deflection of mouth on opening and closing - any parafunctional habits - any emotional stress that the patient might be going through since it seems mostly due to muscular injury during extraction, I am suggesting the following line of treatment. Do continue with the warm saline rinses and myospas forte. Diazepam 10 mg orally once daily every night before sleep could be added for 14 days along with isometric jaw exercises (4-5 seconds in each direction per session, 4-5 sessions per day). Also tell the patient to perform ice-cream stick exercise to slowly increase the mouth opening. If any parafunctional habits are there then stoppage of the same followed by intraoral appliances like night-guard can be given. Review the patient after 14 days. If any clicking in tmj is present then get an opg done. Reassure the patient since having discomfort even after 2 weeks might get them stressed about the same. Hello Lybrate user pls always mention the age of patient. If pain is in the area where upper and lower jaw meet then assesment for any last erupting tooth is needed. If it radiates up to the temple and ears then dental xray is required to see any new or re infection with the teeth present in that area. Kindly get dental xray done at some nearby clinic if possible. You can send the xray or atleast the picture of the effected area using code sg38f5. A better opinion can be made about treatment after seeing picture and radiograph for pain otc analgesic can be taken. Warm salt water rinses will give some relief.

Hello, You has already described all the factors well so ideally, you should go ahead with the extraction because the teeth will keep coming in the wrong direction even if there is some space which will lead to the soft tissues coming in your way on biting. Apart from all these angulated wisdom molars cause food accumulation which can lead to the cavity in your adjacent teeth as well. So better plan and get them extracted because maybe you will not have pain after a few days but the problem will continue to grow. Thanks.

Consult a maxillofacial surgeon I think you have dislocated your jaw don't delay it has to b brought to its orignal place if you have tmj xray send on line.
