I am 27 year old, I am suffering from weakness since last 5 years and tried many things to overcome my weakness but failed. And also I am not able to do exercise becoz when I do exercise continuously, after 3 to 4 days I get sick. I also have a problem of premature ejaculation and nightfall.

You need to do tsh, cbc n blood sugar fasting from some lab. Do this 1. Deep breathing— take deep breaths and hold your breath for 5 second between each inhalation and exhalation. 2. Squeeze method— to do this, squeeze the head of the penis when you are at the brink of your orgasm. 3. Stop and start method— once you are close to your orgasm, stop the simulation. Relax and then continue till the end. Repeat the process for a few weeks and then you will become efficient in delaying your ejaculation. 4. Kegel exercises these exercises are aimed to help you gain better control over the muscles below your bladder. They strengthen your pelvic region, particularly creating strong pubococcygeus muscle. These are hammock shaped muscles that stretch from your pubic bone to tailbone, important for genital functioning. To perform these pelvic floor exercises, simply aim to control and stop your urine flow midway when you're in the bathroom. Hello. Your main problem is addiction to masturbation. To stop masturbation 1. Identify the thing which arouse you and avoid such triggers 2. Avoid porn 3. Whenever you feel the urge to masturbate indulge yourself in some activity which interests you. Keep yourself occupied 4. Exercise regularly 5. Keep you bladder empty. Urinate regularly as the urge to urinate can be mistaken as urge to masturbate. 6. Sleep only when you are very tired and get up from bed as soon as you wake up. Once you control the habit of masturbation the sex capacity will start to become normal.

Performing masterbation for long time weakens kidneys and urinary bladder and decreases holding capacity leading to frequent and involuntary passing of urine. During masterbation in such conditions at peak when muscles of bladder and penis are relaxed passage is patent, it fascillitate passage of urine before ejaculation. To got over it you need to strengthen bladder and kidneys, you also do kegel exercise.
