For pcos patients weight has to be controlled. You 13 kg excess weight. Regular periods means you are ovulating. You can become pregnant. Drugs to induce ovulation will be further helpful.

You have PCOD as seen in USG. Diet can be controlled in hostel too. Avoid heavy dinner, use only 2 chapatees and salads, avoid sweets. Take 2 rottees and onion curry for breakfast. Take 3 vegetable sandwiches, and curd for lunch. (Keep some vegetables in room) Walk for an hour in hostel premises. PCOD is not a big disease to be cured. Good luck.
