All oral painkillers will have side effects, especially in your age. Paracetamol is preferred for this reason. If one class of pain killers is not privity adequate relief, then we can combine multiple type of pain killers to avoid side effects. Also you can apply dynapar qps spray (diclofenac aqueous solution) for quick relief as it will be minimally absorbed in body and cause minimal side effect.

Cilcar is a newer version of the old and reliable amlodipine BP medicine that has till now been the best BP medicine ever invented. Telmesartan plus amlodipine 5 will keep your bp perfect, the newer version is milder and useful only if amlodipine is lowering your BP too much. Unfortunately since cilacar is a newer product from Korea, it has not been taught to drs in our medical textbooks. So using it is treatment based on hope more than knowledge

Ankylosing spondylitis ankylosing spondylitis is a cause of back pain in adolescents and young adults. Ankylosing spondylitis is a form of chronic inflammation of the spine and the sacroiliac joints chronic inflammation in these areas causes pain and stiffness in and around the spine, including the neck, middle back, lower back, and buttocks. Over time, chronic inflammation of the spine (spondylitis) can lead to a complete cementing together (fusion) of the vertebrae, a process referred to as ankylosis. Ankylosis causes loss of mobility of the spine. Pt treatment deep breathing for lung expansion and stretching exercises to improve spine and joint mobility. Are also advised to sleep on a firm mattress and avoid the use of a pillow in order to prevent spine curvature. Aerobic exercise is generally encouraged as it promotes full expansion of the breathing muscles and opens the airways of the lungs. Continuous intake of painkiller can damage kidney. For pain you can take tramadol which will very less toxic effect to kidney. Get dose of medicine adjusted. Do deep breathing exercise to relieve anxiety and in turn pain.

As you have multiple pains you need to consult in person with the ortho doc for medicines, take pemf therapy+swd and ift for 2 - 3 weeks will also help in reducing the pain. Apply ice pack for 15 min twice a day for tailbone pain.
