Secondly if you have any stress, then also you can feel muscular pain. Third is if there any past history of cervical pain or spondiolysis, pain can be felt in head and neck region. These are some tips you can follow while in lockdown :- 1) warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day 2) always rinse your mouth thoroughly after ever meal 3) use a dental floss to remove any food stuck between your teeth.
