Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Madam, when one is on adequate dosage of levothyroxine then tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l, t3 & t4 are in normal range. That is considered as controlled hypothyroidism. Another aspect is please do not keep changing the dosage rapidly. It take about 6 weeks to see appropriate change in tsh levels. To calculate accurate dosage we need to look at weight, height, t4 & tsh levels plus symptoms if any. So if you have any questions please do come back. With relevant information. Thanks.

Hello nency! premature greying of hair is due to many reasons. The main reason is genetics. Others are nutritional deficiencies like vitamin b12, iron, copper, selenium. Stress and hormonal problems like hypo or hyperthyroidism may also cause premature greying. Consult with a trichologist who may advise you for a simple blood test if it is due to nutritional deficiencies and further greying can be prevented but if itâs genetic then nothing much can be done.
