Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Avoid drinking anything hot. You may need coronoplasty (smoothening of teeth edges). Hexigel ointment can be applied over the ulcerative area on the tongue. T. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one night for 5 days, along with c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Rinse it thoroughly with the mouthwash. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Kindly consult a dentist in person if ulcer doesn't heal. You may consult me in person.

It can be the normal aphthous ulcer you can apply hexigel 2 times daily for 1 week and take lot if fluid intake like tender coconut , curds avoid hit and spicy food if the pain persist then we check with medicine

Hey there, do not overuse an astringent as it is damaging to the gums and can cause acite toxicity. Instead if you want gum massage use desi ghee (at room temperature) and add a pinch of turmeric to it. You can also have limcee chewable tablets once daily. Hydrate yourself properly and eat a healthy diet. No it will not harm teeth as it can treat tooth sensitivity.

Hello it looks like you have vit c deficiency. You could use some - vitamin b complex capsules -chewable vitamin c tablets like limcee you could use a gum astringent to massage your gums like stolin. -maintain a proper owl hygiene - use a mouth wash - have leafy vegetables, citrus fruits. - drink enough water and for the cold you can use otrivin nasal spray twice daily.

Hello Lybrateuser, ulcers in mouth have become a very common problem nowadays. There are many factors which cause ulcers which includes 1.stress.mostly ulcers occurs in students who have stress because of there academics .or in people who have irregular office timings or people who have night shifts. 2.acidity 3. Spicy foods 4.vitamin B12 deficiency I would advise you to make a small change in your lifestyle. Drink enough water keep your body hydrated .avoid spick food for a week. Take vitamin bcomplex supplement once a day for 5 days. Eat fresh fruits. And friit juices. Apply honey over your ulcers. You may also get hexigel ointment and apply in the affected area. And try to stay stress free. Use amlexanoxgel apply 2-3 times a day till ulcers disappear. If not getting any improvement use doxycycline capsules, open it and get the powder out, make a paste with one or 2 drops of water, apply over ulcers 2 - 3 times. You can use both amlexanox and paste simultaneously. Even if its not working, last resort is to get it treated with lasers. There are few dentists in country use lasers to cure these ulcers permanently. So you have to find out who all can do it. THANK YOU.

I don't think that home remedies are much useful to it. If you are worried about the side effects of the medicines then you must think of taking homoeopathic medicines which are completely safe, and no complications and also give permanent results. U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ STORE WATER IN PLASTIC bottles. For medicine contact on private consultation good luck.
