Passing more urine with isomil doesnât sound medically right. More likely is a possibility that the concentration of powder in water is incorrect, pls check again on the box and use a measuring glass and the spoon coming with the box. Overdilution or overconcentration changes the osmolarity of formula. And if your child is crying for milk, you can give more till the child takes (if thereâs no vomiting), but not forcefully. As a rough guide, multiply your childâs weight with 150 i.e. For a 3 kg child, upto 450 ml/day of milk can be given. Other options of lactose free formula are xerolac, nan lactose free, aptamil gold+ lactose intolerance.

You must discuss in detail with an expert/doctor to find any underlying issue for sudden weight loss. As you have mentioned that your age is 60 years and as we age, we lose muscles and its absolutely natural. You can get your body analysis done in every 15 days and check your muscle mass% and that could be the reason of your weight loss.
