Hi Lybrate-user, pain the rc treated tooth can not be the only reason, may be there is other cavity which is adjacent to that tooth and may refer the pain there, or any gum issue, this can be only ascertained by clinical examination by the dentist. Kindly pay visit to the dentist.

I am on venlafaxine for vestibular migraine, it has helped me a lot and also the adenomyosis pain I suffer has been so much better coz of this tablet. The problem is venlafaxine is giving me hives. When I compare my issues, venlafaxine has given me my life back coz it controls my dizziness and period pain but i’m worried that my hives (urticaria) will become acute if I continue taking it. I have tried other meds and nothing has helped my vestibular migraine. I asked my homeopath and she has started giving meds for hives but i’m still worried if I shud continue venlafaxine or no?

You have 2 autoimmune diseases migraine and hypothyroidism which needs to be fixed with diet and lifestyle changes. Your pain in adenomyosis will respond to diet also migraine is an autoimmune disease which will not permanently respond to medicines it can be cured with diet and lifestyle changes only. You are likely to get 1 or more of the 80 autoimmune diseases if you don't identify and fix the triggers. Please provide occupation, blood tests, scans results, medicines list your problem is related to diet and lifestyle which can only be fixed by doctors like me who have also trained abroad in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Has your Dr. done tests like 1) all the inflammatory markers, - 2) mineral levels -iron ,zinc, magnesium ,calcium, k+ ,na+ hco3, copper ,chloride etc 3) did your Dr. do all 12 vitamin levels-a, d, e, k and complete 8 b complex vitamins b1, b2 ,b3, b5, b6, b7, b9, b12. Deficiency of both vitamins and minerals can aggravate or cause your problem. If your Dr. has not done all these tests your headache will not be cured completely because the root cause of your problem is still persisting .you cannot treat what you cannot see thronorm is not the right drug for hypothyroidism because it is t4 -inactive hormone .it has to convert to t3 the active hormone in the liver and gut. Which requires vitamins and minerals and a healthy gut and liver so if you are really serious about your health take consultation if not it clearly proves that you don't value your health.

What are other symptoms like sneezing etc. Or pain. It can be because of nasal polyp or DNS or rhinitis or sinusitis etc. I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep With an Extra Pillow Under Your Head-- Elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat That Stuffy Nose With Warm Salt Water-- Salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow Your Nose Often (and the Right Way)-- It's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: Press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

Do contrast bath ie. Take two tubs in one you can fill hot water (ie. Bearable heat) to immerse the feet in the tub and you will have good effect ie. Warmth effect. Further to that wipe with towel and immerse the feet in the cold water (ie. Ice water bath) which will help you to reduce the inflammation. Once this is done you can do some ankle movements to both the feet which will help you to boost and improve the blood circulation. As I said over the phone please use anklet which I have already sent by whats app and you can use mcr chappals which will help you to reduce the weight falling on the injured front portion of the foot. If you have the habit of using shoes then you can keep removable insoles which can be used inside the shoes and that acts like a shock absorber and which will also help to reduce and prevent the weight falling on the injured foot. This is the way to reduce the inflammation through home remedy. If the pain persists say for example after doing for 5-7 days then you have to consult physiotherapist where they will treat you with infra red radiation. But this is quite a rare treatment, if in case it is not available, let me know we can send it to you by courier. It is quite expensive but you will feel good results with that. This will help you to reduce the inflammation in the bone ie. Which is caused by the table which fell on your foot. You can thrombophob ointment to reduce the contusion and also to loosen and break the blood clot which is there in the front portion of the foot. It will also help you to change the skin colour. If the pain is too much then you can take ultracet tablet every day in the night. Keep two pillows under the ankle while sleeping on the bed which will help you to reduce the swelling. Hope you recover with this. And also please share your feed back if you become better. If you do not become better too pls let us know so that we can give some alternate solution. Please send your address so that we can send the products ie. Anklet to use it in the ankle / foot, mcr chappals for your size and also the removable foot insole.

Dear Lybrate user, tugain 2% solution is used in the treatment of hair growth and male pattern baldness. Tugain 2% solution has no effect in receding hairline and baldness at the front part of the scalp. About 2 percent of tugain 2% solution is used in women who have thinning hair. Tugain 2% solution needs to be applied topically on the skin. It falls under a category of drugs known as vasodilators. On using tugain 2% solution you may experience certain side effects. These are skin rash, itchiness, acne, redness of the skin, a burning sensation on the scalp, facial hair growth and a sudden increase in hair loss. Certain rare reactions that may occur in case too much of tugain 2% solution is absorbed into the body are problems with eyesight, chest pain, fainting, dizziness, fast or irregular heartbeat, headache, lightheadedness, rapid weight gain, and swelling. We mainly deal with such kind of issues by administering hair fast medical treatment. Hair fast actually, is a cyclical vitamin therapy programme. It triggers hair growth through a balanced micronutrient environment. The therapy does not involve the use of any medicine, but the low dose vitamins. We use separate gender-specific nutrients to have the appropriate combination for better results. We are inviting you to avail our video consultation service. This shall enable you to discuss this kind of issue with one of our senior doctors just like the face-to-face interaction very conveniently.

Hi Vijay, sure ayurveda will help you in back pain. Back pain may be temporary due to strain or physical exertion .Here I give you some home remedies for joint pain: *Roast and crush a handful of fenugreek seeds, take 2 tsp of this powder and add lukewarm water to make a thick paste. Apply on the affected area and remove after drying. *Massage the affected area with luke warm sesame oil or mustard oil added with powdered camphor. Avoid this in rheumatoid and gouty arthritis. *Fry 2 cloves of garlic in 2 tbsp of sesame oil or mustard oil until they turn black, remove from heat and strain the oil. Once the oil has cooled to a comfortably warm temperature, massage it into the skin around affected area. Leave it on for about three hours before washing it off. Do this twice daily until you see improvement. You may also add camphor to this oil. *Soak handful of sesame seeds in water overnight. Chew the seeds and drink the water early in the morning regularly. This remedy will reduce the frequency of your joint pains. *Hot soups of lentils, pulses and meat should be taken with powder of ginger, black pepper and long pepper added to them. *Ghee and oils in moderate amounts are necessary in daily diet, as these keep the normal joints properly lubricated and also provide lubrication to the dried up joints. Ayurvedic treatment procedures like Kati Basti, abhyanga, patra pinda sweda, virechana, basti, upanaha, lepa, etc, are highly beneficial in treating this condition. For details can private consultation.

Hello- Sometimes, what seems to be testicle pain is caused by a problem that starts in the groin, abdomen or somewhere else — for example, kidney stones and some hernias can cause testicle pain. So treat the infection and the kidney stone to get rid of your testicular pain.
