treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hi. Any medicine containing salicylic acid should only be taken after getting a prescription for it by a certified dermatologist. Avoid using the lotion for now and just use a ketoconazole shampoo for the time being 2-3 times every week. If there is still purging after couple weeks then get yourself checked by a dermatologist or seek an online consultation with us.

You need to continuously follow up with the doctor. The medicines might have to be changed it it looks like the infection has become resistant to a particular drug. Fungal infections do take a few months to clear. Regular follow up is important can't comment on homeopathy as i'm not a homeopathy dr.

No, please donot apply tigboderm cream on glans .it is used on skin. Yes ,ketoconazole lotion is safe to apply on glans.
