1. Almond Oil A completely natural ingredient that benefits skin around your eyes, almond oil helps lighten dark circles. Combine almond oil with vitamin E oil and your dark circles will be history. Plus, these ingredients really something that’s a staple in every household. Usage Before hitting the sack, apply some almond oil over your dark circles and massage it gently into the skin. Leave the oil on overnight. Wash it off with cold water next morning. Repeat this every day until your dark circles are gone. 2. Cucumber Well, there’s a reason beyond gloss. Usage Soak cotton eye pads in rose water for a few minutes. Place the soaked pads on your closed eyelids. Leave them on for about 15 minutes. Tomato Tomato, the fruit that’s used like a vegetable, is known to naturally possess powerful bleaching properties that can lighten skin very effectively. Usage Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off well with cool water. There is no medicine either allopathic or ayurvdic which can reduce myopic power but if you have attained the age of 21 yrs ,there is no chance of further increase of myopic power,-3D is considered to be very normal power , you may go smile LASIK for glass removal but if I would have been in your place ,I would not have gone for lasik for -3 D because there is lots advantages in later age of being moderate myopic which operating ophalmologist will never tell you before surgery because there is lots of money involved .

There is no medicine either allopathic or ayurvdic which can remove your glass , only way to remove glass is LASIK or Smile LASIK but your​ Myopic power is up to - 2 d , there is lots of advantage in later life,to keep your eyes healthy you should take lots of green vegetables & seasonal fruits.

There is no medicine either in allopath or ayurveda which can reduce your myopic power except lasik or Smile LASIK . Myopic power is inherited from either mother or father side & is basically hereditary in nature ,maximum increase in myopic power takes place between 13 to 21 yrs in male & between 13 yrs to 19 yrs in female because maximum body growth takes place between these periods. There is no direct medicine to check the increase in myopic power but with the help of balanced diet ,green vegetables & seasonal fruits  one can slow the speed in the increase of myopic  power,one can take the help of yoga pranayam, swimming, gym &these things definitely slow the speed of increase in myopic power.

No, there are no natural ways to treat refractive error of eyes. You have to use spectacles or contact lenses. There are a few exercises like rolling your eyes in down, up, and side to side, and this would help you. Wash it gently by sprinkling water 3 to 4 times a day to make your eyes relaxed. You can include carrot in your meals that is rich in vitamin a and good for eyes.

Hello, you should take ruta 30 ch, 3 drops twice daily. Take 10mlamla juice daily. Take 1 tsp of triphla ghrit, with milk once daily. Do the below given exercises to strengthen your eye muscles. Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids.

Hello your doctor is right there is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 21 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.
