Hi, agreed with Dr. saranaya's answer. I would like to add one more thing to her answer that you should take a few cognitive behavior therapy sessions from a good psychotherapist. You might be having some deep down issues which you can solve with the help of cbt. Cbt works wonders in anxiety disorders. For further help you may contact me for online sessions.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10. Relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat.

Please note that you need long term treatment for your conditions. For now I suggest you take Hypericum 200 - twice daily for next 2 weeks. One has to check blood sugar to find out if he or she has low or high sugar. If a person has been diagnosed to have diabetes, means his blood sugar is higher than normal. High blood sugar can only be detected by testing the blood, because it hardly produces any specific symptoms unless the levels have really gone very high. Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) can occur in a patient on treatment for diabetes, who may had not taken adequate food, or there may be delay in taking food after taking tablets or insulin or dose may have been high. This causes drop in blood sugar. When it goes below 6o to 70 mg/100 ml, the person starts feeling uneasy, may get blurred vision, feeling of weakness, shivering, sweating, giddiness, hungry and at times black out. For treating high sugar one has to take anti diabetes drugs. To treat hypoglycemia one should be given glucose immediately.
